LOL! I love the smelling things one! The pics are really cute too! Sasha, when she is eating before she eats a piece she has to"kill it" and sometimes she will fling the piece all the way across the room! Sometimes if she throughs it too hard she loses it and searches for it forever! |

Toby and the Manger I just took Toby out for a walk, and the Church on the corner was having the Manger set up. The men working are friends of mine, so I stopped to talk. They met Toby, gave him treats, and as we conversed Toby started looking around. He started barking like crazy and dancing around. When we looked to see what he was barking at, we saw that it was the little grey Donkey! Must have been the size or way the donkey was looking at him, 'cause none of the other animals made him bark!:animal36 |

We were watching TV last night and I heard a rusttling sound near our tree and Jasmine was eating fake snow off our tree! We got her to stop, but we better keep an eye on her! |

Anyway, one day I'd had enough so I went ahead and walked through their yard right up to the donkey...LOL, Kirby flew toward him, ran around the back and sniffed his butt:yelrotflm Ha, ha, he never worried about that donkey after that.:) |
Junior When I let Junior out in our yard he will run as fast as he can around the entire yard and return before I even make it back inside the door. Junior runs in fear whenever I do laundry and get ready to fold the clothes. I do not know why he does that. He is otherwise very brave and will try to attack large dogs. Junior sleeps on top of the recliner, the part when you rest your head. When he jumps on it the chair rocks back and forth and he never falls off. |
hahah, cute stories!:D |
I have a hilarious story to tell as well, but not sure I can tell it as funny as it actually was! lol My hubby had just gone to get in the shower and I was alone in the living room with Bella. All of a sudden, she starting growling and backing away from what I thought was something in the kitchen. I was okay for a second, but started to think about what in the world she could be seeing in there and my imagination went wild. I'd heard that dogs were sensitive to ghostly images and whatnot and really started freaking out. I actually hollered for my daughter to come out of her room and sit in the living room with me because I was so freaked out. She saw what I saw too with Bella acting as if something was coming towards us and backing up and barking. We kept trying to call her to us, but she wasn't listening at all and I wasn't about to try to get up and get her...lol. I was seriously scared out of my mind... My hubby finally got out of his shower and helped us to figure out that Bella was actually barking at his shoes that he'd put at the top of her doggy stairs. We laughed until we cried! |
That is funny! Yorkies sometimes bark at the silliest things! |
Today when Jer got home from work, we decided to take a nap before dinner. Suri was so hyper I put her between us with one of her favorite toys, a pink bunny. We watched tv a bit and watched suri play like a wild woman. The next thing I look and Jer is asleep with his back toward me and suri is back to back with Jer hugging her stuffed bunny with an ear in her mouth! I mean she had a death grip on that poor bunny and she was knocked out! I took pics on my phone . I tried to take the toy and she held onto it but was still sleeping! She finally woke up and had the funniest look ok her face. :) |

Sometimes, when Pao refuses his food, I take out his really old one eyed small hippo soft toy (about 10" tall) and hold it above his food and then make the hippo act like it is eating from his bowl...and he will compete with the one eyed hippo and finish all his food quickly. It just cracks me up..only works with the one eyed hippo. |

These stories are hilarious. I have to funny stories about Mahina. She loves to play with my cat Midori a couple of times a day. So Midori will sit by my bed and Mahina will run all the way from the kitchen to my room just barely passing her by and Midori will stick her paw out (no claws) and try to give her a wack each time she runs by. It's hiarious, I'm still trying to get it on camera. Sometimes Mahina will run around Midori but far enough away that she can't touch her. HAHA. Another one is Midori is always trying to eat Mahina's food. I free feed for the time being. So I yell at Midori more than a few times today (I just yelled at her right now). Each time I do it, Mahina will run up to Midori and start barking at her to get away from her food! So now whenever she does it all I have to say is "Mahina go get her!" and she stops her. LOL. |
2 Attachment(s) Skeeter (10 months) does that racing around the house thing. There are open doorways between the living room and kitchen, the kitchen and the hall and the livingroom and the hall so he has a field day running around in circles. He loves to torment our shih tzu by smacking her in the rump when he goes by. He's going so fast she usually can't see him by the time she turns around - then he's in back of her smacking her butt again. When he gets brave he'll do it to Ivan (120 lb german shepherd) but he runs under a chair after he does so Ivan can't reach him. As soon as Ivan looses interest Skeeter is back on the run. If Adie has a toy he will snatch that up as he's running by. She doesn't appreciate it and will chase him till he drops it. You'd thing he wouldn't be so porky with all that running! |
