Biggie does this sometimes too. He does it when he is super excited to go for a walk or for a car ride. I'll ask him to sit so I can put his leash on, he sits and then he's off. I always thought it was because he was excited..because he doesn't do it all the time. Maybe I need to watch how and when I stretch my arms out the get him. |
mine does this too... weird.... but the arm thing does make sense... you'd think they would get use to it after awhile. |
Yeah my boys do that sometimes too. Even funnier... they will jump on my legs to be picked up, when I reach down they will turn backwards and give me their butt to pick them up that way! I thought it was so weird the first time they ever did that... but they do it all the time and its been 3 years now, guess they just like being picked up so they face outward! haha My Dexter leaps into my arms when I bend down to pick him up... he wont even wait for me to reach down all the way, silly boy! :) |
Sapphire does this all the time! She's 3 now and I don't think she'll ever grow out of it. |
Yep Bella as well does this!! they are such game players!! at first i didnt know what to think, maybe she was scared of me or something but she is just a silly girl. by the looks of it they all are, i will know soon enough with a second edition to the family |
Harley my 4 mo old Peekapoo does the same thing. Our king size bed is very high. It came with steps...he'll whine to come up I hang off the bed and he runs. He whines at the stairs, won't go up or down them(we have about 30) go to get him he runs away. I don't have an answer. He thinks it's a game , I swear. I try calling him,or think he'll fallow the other dogs...NO GO. |
Sammie does this to me and my fiance. He gets so excited to see us, that he doesn't know what to do or how to act when it happens, lol. I think it's cute. |
Jewels does that too sometimes. I dont know why |
