and the not breeding thing, i cought that too!! whats wrong with these people!?!?!? |
What's wrong with these people is greed. The world is so greedy and live animals are just a means to an end for these people....The cages and picture make it look clean enough & it's better than some I've seen....but I doubt it looks like that all the time - If they can charge 10 GRAND for a puppy - they should at least have soft beds. |
Sorry I'm new... What's Ice on Ice? I'm guessing some kind of shampoo ????? |

nice to see everybody in agreement on this one. |
Ffor 10,000 the pup should come to you with a diamond studded collar on! |
The puppies are buy one @ $10,000 and get one free. It is an AKC Parti Color Yorkie. The standard is "free" with the parti's purchase. |
that's crazy!! 10K for a dog.. |
pups We should all email her and tell her we would pay $10,000 for the Yorkie and the Parti can be free. |

I suspect the bunny cages are for show only. She probably has the real cages in back and brings the puppies to be shown out when someone is coming to her kennel. I'm not saying it would be dirty in the back, it's probably very clean, just like what we can see. But that looks like a showroom, not a room where dogs live. A display case, if you will. I could see that, cause sure as sh** some dog would make a very stinky poop when visitors come. Sylvia |

Seriously, though, my yorkies are more important to me than my car...so I have no problem with someone asking that for a puppy that they feel is worth it. If it is exactly what they are looking for , that is a fair price. I have never paid that much, but I looked at a puppy that was that price when I was looking for Ava. I didn't have to pay that because I knew where to look to get the same "look" for less. Someone who is wealthy and doesn't have time to "shop" will snatch up that little one and offer it a pampered life an it will give back way more than $10,000 worth of unconditional love and companionship. Nothing wrong with that! |
wow. Never, never, never have I seen $$'s like that. But - I love the kennel setup. That is too cool. |

What's with the paintings they're selling. They are all Pascoe paintings. Who the hell is Pascoe. That's what it's all about I believe. They don't give a rats ass about the Yorkies. Poor little Peggy Sue. |

The wizard of claws charges prices like that and has lawsuits and stores shut down for cruelity and neglect - what kind of person would do this ?...claim to love dogs - yet sell so many sick ones that they break hearts all over the country ? She's been sued and shut down...but keeps coming back like a virus. As far as the site this thread is about - I wouldn't trust anyone who is asking 10 grand for a puppy. I don't care how much money people have ....it's still nuts. |
$10,000 for 2 Yorkies, really, not me. The one looks like a Biewer, but if it's AKC reg. it must be a Particolored. and they can't be shown, only registered. I paid $4000 for a Biewer born in Germany, but we will be breeding them when they're old enough, so I expect to make some of that back. These dogs are sold neutered, or with limited registration, the ad said. The other Yorkie has ears like Sister Bratrille! (ready to fly) I see huge prices online for Yorkies and Biewers, but this it the top! I would want a dog that could be shown somewhere, and breeding rights and a lot more! |
The Wizard Speaking of the Wizard of Claws...I looked at the new web site..no Mr. Wizard. Gilda has cut him out the home page photo..hmmmm, I wonder if they have had a parting of the ways? |

Have you checked out Yorkmont Yorkies? Two years ago in June when I got my first Yorkie they were the ones charging $10,000. There was several on Puppyfind for $3500 and up but only one for $10,000. Not a thing special about them except their sizes. No champion blood lines, no champion sires, not show quality. Just small. If I get one that will be so small I will charge an arm and a leg for it and they better be able to produce the money without quibbling because if I sell a tiny little thing I know that they are more susceptable to injury and health problems and I want to know the new parents will have the wherewithall to take care of that baby. Course while I'd love to get $10,000, I just think that is outrageous. To me an arm and a leg would be over $3500. Sylvia |
