| Yorkie Talk 'newbie' Hello to everyone! I was searching online and accidentally found this site-- looks good, and wish I had been aware of it before now. I have one yorkie female, 6 yrs old. My other one passed away about three weeks ago from intestinal lymphangiectasia, not showing typical symptoms until too late to do anything about it. My first two yorkies were a little male, KC; and a female KD, hence the logon ID. Both of those lovelies lived to 13. I received my first dog when Mom brought me home from the hospital (naturally I don't remember him), but have had dogs all of my life, varying from mutts to Westies, to Vizslas, to St. Bernards. But once I had a yorkie and realized how special they are, I want nothing but yorkies! I am hoping to use the information on this site to locate a reputable breeder, and find another yorkie female about 3 lbs or so to join our family. My husband and I are both retired, love to travel (RV), camp, and take our yorkies with us. |

| Thanks for the welcome Yes, Yorkies are wonderful to travel with, and really are great camping. We love to go to Colorado, and 'jeep' on the 4 wheel only roads-- they love it! |
