yorkie bow drama! ok well first off do not under any circumstances order bows from Another person had the same problem I did but I dont remember who...sry! I ordered my bows Sept 29 and as of now I have still not recieved them...When ordering it says it make take 4-6 weeks because they are handmade and she has alot of orders...I understand that but it is now Nov 9th!! Ridiculous!Emailing and phone calls do not get a response...What do I do??I invested a nice amount in these bows and I want them! Has anyone ever recieved bows they ordered? |

Also, if you don't get them this week, and can't get ahold of them by phone or e-mail, call the charge card place that you ordered them with, and tell them, they will dispute it for you..I've had to do that before |

Did you pay through Paypal? If so, you can file a claim stating that you never received your products and the seller won't answer your emails. Paypal usually sides with the buyer. It's just now six weeks, though, so you should wait another week or so. Did you know the wait time was that long? I can't imagine expecting anyone to wait six weeks for bows. I get my bow orders out in a few days. |
I have ordered from them twice and it took about two months each time. Very nice quality bows and well worth the wait but I probably won't do it again. i had forgotten how long it took her to get them to you and had a show coming up. i got the last ones about two days before the show. |
There's no way i would wait that long. |

That is just terrible! I looked this info up for another member here on the board with the same troubles....Here is her phone number, you can try to call her but I think the other person tried and could not get thru. 104 Mill St Lone Oak, TX 75453-4088 (903) 634-2324 Also...if you paid thru Paypal, you need to open up a dispute right away! I am not sure what the time frame is for doing this, but I would get that done ASAP, obviously....you are not going to get your bows! Such a shame that people do this kind of thing...I mean the least she could do is reply to your email.....most people are very understanding so I don't know what her problem is. Good Luck! I also order my bows through Darlin Beaux...and have gotten my bows within a couple days. So sorry you're having this problem...hopefully if nothing else is accomplished..maybe you've helped save others from making the same mistake!!! |

I am sorry for your problems. I, like many others on YT, highly recommend Darlin Beauxs. She is absolutely fantastic and the bows are gorgeous. I don't know how she does it but I purchased about 25 bows and she made them, sent them out and I received them in a matter of days. I never expected such fast service for handmade, quality bows. She is also an excellent communicator. Good luck getting your bows or money back. |

A little screen came up on my computer, it said that Norton blocked the virus...and it closed the window. If you have virus protection installed, with up to date definitions, it shouldn't have infiltrated on your computer...you probably just got a warning. |
