I hope to be posting pictures tomorrow night at this time. I'm so excited. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a parti in the litter.

She has vomited twice and is not interested in eating, but she is resting comfortabley, no nesting or anything yet.

Nothing to report yet. I hate to go to sleep, but I know I can't stay up all night so I'd better try to get some sleep while she is still comfortable.

UGH nothing to report. How long can a dog stay pregnant? There must be a record somewhere. If she hasn't had them byh Monday I'm taking her in for an x ray. Today she hasn't even been nesting or vomiting.

I'm sure that I can feel puppies moving so, there have to be some in there.

wow you haven't gone for xrays...hehe...i don't have the patience...so i also count the days and exactly around 55-58 days i am in the vet office for xrays...it is nice to know how many to expect...i know you have to anxious! hehe...i know i would be...with my recent litter of Maltese...she didn't give me any clue...the 58th day i took her in for xrays and that same night she delivered her 4 in 1 hr...but 2 didn't make it...hehe...one was still born probably knocked off the wall way before she gave birth and the other one passed 2 days later...

she didn't even nest or anything...all she did was carry stuff animals on my bed and BAM the first one was half out when i noticed the toys...i was shocked...hehe...good luck! and hopefully sometime soon...hehe

She ended up needing an emergency c-section due to only have 1 little feller in there.

She's now operated and will be a grandmummy some day!... which ugh... makes me great grandmummy i guess... ha ha!:D

hehe...i am only 27 going on 28 years old but i have over a dozen grandkids already..hehe...

And i was saying the same thing each day waiting... she can't stay prego for much longer........................right..? :( lol...

Well my husband wanted jme to take her in today for xrays. But I figured it was really just to satisfy our curiosity and nothing more. It still wouldn't tell us when she was going to deliver.

So I'm trying to keep myself busy and just be patient.

wow you are patient..hehe..me i want to know how many she is having..i know it doesn't tell you if she is going to have them or not but for me just knowing how many keeps me going...hehe..or should i say patient...i dunno...good luck!

An x-ray could alert you to how many she will have and how they are positioned, and whether they are too big for her birth canal. I'd get the x-ray.

Sometimes they don't conceive on the first tie, so count from one of the other days she was bred and use that date. Also, are you taking her temp and keeping a chart. That can help give you notice too.

I couldn't take the suspense any longer, so I took her in for an xray this morning. YAY there are 2 puppies. He took her temp and it is still over 100 so I'm guessing not today.

So she will continue to sleep in the luxury suite and dine on special food.
