I went and picked him up last night. It was after 2 AM when we got home with him. He is soo cute (and tiny). He was a very good little boy last night. He did not cry, bark, or seem scared at all. I introduced him to the gang for a few minutes when we got home. He seemed a little scared with them running wild, so I seperated them. He slept in a crate beside of my bed. This morning I let him out and then let the gang out. He started barking to go out with them, so I let him. He fit right in! He was running, playing, and chasing toys just like he had been there all along. He is so sweet, I'm glad I got him. I'll take some pictures tonight and post ASAP.... Stay Tuned |
Oh I am soooo Happy for you. I am glad the little fella fit right into your family. :congrats: Enjoy and have fun. :animal-pa :animal-pa :animal-pa :animal-pa |
I'm right there with ya! I've got 4 boys and 1 girl, and believe me, she doesn't take anything off the boys!:D oh, I'd take another in a heartbeat!:p |
I think you are suffering from a very severe case of Yorkieholism... You should attend the YA (Yorkieholics Anonymus) and enter the 12 step program... (step one: get another Yorkie ASAP, step two: think about what you did, step three: admit that you have a problem and live happily with all your Yorkies ever after... step four to twelve: Nobody ever made it past step three!) See you there!!! :D |

You are NOT crazy! I just had to turn down a 5th dog because my husband pitched a fit. She is a little 4lb 7mo old girl with Adie's coloring. Skeeter would love to have another puppy to play with but dh says no. Sigh. |
He is beautiful!!!!! I just told my husband i was thinking about a third!! Have a blast with your furbutts! |
Of course you are insane! We all are!!! Crazy but happy, that's us YorkieowneDs!! I think the proper diagnosis is Yorkiphrenia--sorta schizophrenia but with yappies to listen to us when we talk back to the voices we hear!! He-He Your newbie is adorable.... |
You are not insane, or anywhere near insane....no more than the rest of us anyway. That little fellow is so stinkin' cute you had to get him. I'm stopping at three. I wish I had your strength, because I'd love to have a houseful. Congratulations on a beautiful little boy! |

Or do what I do, "uh, honey, I don't think Rowdy feels well, you might want to sleep in the other room tonight, so if he does, we won't wake you" :D |
I four yorkies and one large mixed breed dog (1/2 Husky 1/2 Akita) so I know how you feel. We just got 2 females about 3 weeks ago and I'm potty training now/again. You don't really want to go through that again with another one, do you? So, I don't really think you need another yorkie. Oh! Did I tell mention that I was looking for another one? I'd be happy to take him off your hands if you feel they are too full of yorkies. ;) He is so precious! There's a reason it happened the way it did. It was just meant to be! The more yorkies you have in your life the happier you'll be. It's a great thing that happened for you and him. And Oh My! I may just have to start looking again. He is awesome! |
He is precious..I have three and I'm so glad I don't live closer to my breeder..I'm sure I'd have at least one more, but I'd surely be divorced..lol There's is just something about this breed....you can't have just one!!! Enjoy...I'm so happy for you!!!:aimeeyork |
