Bentley is missing!!!
 
I am going completely crazy right now.... My little Bentley got out this morning at 8am and has not been seen since....Please everyone pray for my angel...I am devistated and my gut says that I will never see him again....I don't know what else to do.. I have posted everywhere and tomorrow I will call all the vets offices and post a flier in Pet stores but after that, then what do I do??....My heart is breaking!!!:(:(:(:(

Is your Bentley micro chipped?

Oh My Gosh! Amanda..I'm so sorry. That has to be devastating. It sounds like you're well on your way to doing what you should, posting fliers, alerting all neighbors, calling & posting fliers at all shelters & vets. Maybe even put an ad in the local paper or pennysaver. Oh you've got to be on pins & needles....I pray he gets brought back to you... Hopefully all the YT'rs from TN see this and can also get the word out.

OMG how scary I have no idea what i would do if that happened to my Chewy. I wish you the best and hope things will be good. Also check the animal shelter daily even though there are alot of people that will just keep a yorkie when found you just never know. I can not imagine the sadness you are going through.

I am SO sorry! This happened to me the other day, one the gates didn't latch all the way and BOTH Roxi & Rocco got out!! Thank god they only had about a 5 minute start on us and the neighbors had them... I am going to think positive that Bentley has a safe return home to his loving family.... I am praying for him... (& you) Is he microchipped, name tags ect??

You have been out in the neighborhood since 8am when he got out looking I assume?? I would be going door to door, everywhere.. I'm sure you have done all this today.. Please stay positive, you WILL see him again I know it!!!

DO NOT let yourself think you will never see him again. All that is going to do is emotionally and physically exhaust you. You need to tell yourself that you WILL find him, that is your motivation to keep searching no matter what. Let me tell you something- Maddie ran away twice, both times in strange areas she had never been to. Both times very close to major roads, and both times she returned safely without even a scratch. You need to think positive as hard as it is (I know it IS hard especially because they are so small), and you need to force yourself to believe that you will find him. Don't take no for an answer. Put fliers EVERYWHERE - every tree, telephone pole, store, etc. Call everyone. Leave fliers on peoples' porches. Tell the neighborhood kids.

Don't give up.

I'm sending you huge hugs. I know what a helpless feeling you're experiencing right now.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I know your heart has just totally fallen out right about now. Don't give up on finding him yet. Post everywhere, posters, vets, animal shelters, call rescues, post in your neighborhood. I hope you find him so soon so you can stop aching!!

I'm so sorry to hear your news and I know your heart must be breaking right now. I'm sure you've done all/most of this but here are some ideas:

1) Go door to door with a flier and picture of your baby
2)Check the animal shelters daily and drop fliers off there
3) Put up fliers at pet food stores, boutiques, local shops in your area
4)Someone might try to sell your puppy so check the "for sale" section of your local paper and put up an ad on Craigslist looking for your puppy and/or a "wanted" ad for a yorkie dog to see if they have him
5) If he was microchipped, check that too

Good luck, I really feel for you and hope you find him soon.

As I was reading this my heart filled with sorrow :(. I don\'t know what I would do if something like this were to happen to my Bailey or my Baxter! I do know one thing I will make sure I keep you and the lil man in my prayers! I hope all goes well and he returns safely!

I can\'t even imagine what you must be feeling. It has never happened to me and I don\'t think I could handle it at all. I know it\'s easier said then done, but keep strong. He is out there waiting for you. Pray to God and he can help you find him. We\'ll keep praying for you too.

OMG Amanda... my heart is breaking for you. Oh Bentley, sweetie.. please come home to your mommy. Amanda, honey, keep your faith up and keep looking. Put a big picture ad in the local newspaper. Talk to every child you see and ask if they saw him. Carry a good snapshot of him. Ask EVERYONE you come in contact with. Bentley.. please stay away from the roads.. bark a WHOLE lot if you are in someone\'s house.

OMG Amanda! I am SO sorry girl! I just cannot believe this! I hope you post an update soon saying that bentley has been found! :hands: In the meantime I am going to be praying my heart out that everything turns out ok and that he is brought home safely!

Was he microchipped??
