Rude new member
 

In the excitement of getting good information for my baby, I registered and started posting without introducing myself first. I hope it's not too late to correct my mistake.

I am Babz and my baby is Mocha and just turned 6 months on the 8th. She has a "sister from another mother" in the form of Lulu the Shihtzu, but Mocha is mine while Lulu is my mom's. She's *almost* housebroken, very active and doesn't enjoy cuddles too much lol, but I am trying to wear her down by snuggling whenever possible. She loves her Kong, loves food but very easily bored with the same menu so I think I need to reach deeper into my pocket to provide a variety of good ones :D It is expensive but hey, who am I gonna spend my money on? I am only thankful she's not picky, as I've heard the case can be such with some yorkie.

I admit I haven't found a nice, good affordable bed for her so I went on a rampage and found my sister's old beddings, the ones stuffed with goose down so it's safe to say she sleeps better than me! Other than that, she pees and poos on her pee pad (bless the puppy pee gods) most times now, the right time of the day (and the right position) will earn me a full body brush, she runs Lulu to the ground and doesn't like bows :( but again, trying to break her on that! At first she didn't like her collar either but now, no problem.

If you let me I will rant here all day, because I just love being a Mommy. I think these creatures are just precious. No other word for them.

Oh, the 4th picture is her bed now, with a heart shaped pillow and an extra paw shaped pillow on her left. She likes to change beds in the middle of the night. Fussy girl lol

No formal introduction. Yes, that is quite rude. As punishment, you must recieved 40 lashes with a wet noodle. :p

(I'm so ashamed, I have no clue how to start my own thread, and will probably never find this one again - :confused:) LOL I have found so much useful, and inspiring information on this site, I'm thankful I found it. I wish you the best of luck too..and hope you enjoy it as much as I have. There are some stories that absolutely rip my heart out, but so many that inspire me to hang in there - Smoky is "normal. He is the first Yorkie I've had as an owner, lol, and he is a handful, but I love him dearly! Thank you to everyone!! :animal-pa:animal-pa:animal-pa

You do need to be warned that Yorkies are like potato chips youe can't stop with just one! :D

I am a perfect example with 5 Yorkies and a total of 9 dogs which includes 2 Biewers, a Papillion, and a Pom/Chi mix.

You really will love it here and for the most part everyone is super nice.

LazyDaisy, yes, yes I am a happy mom. Mocha makes me so :) At 1st I was so frustrated because she was so willful, but now I have learned her ways (or maybe she has learned mine), she is more willing to strike a deal with me and co-operate LOL

YorkichonBella - I was looking for a flat, big stuffed toy, went on a mission to the mall, and got this. Like it? $7 in my currency lol! And I believe there must be a puppy pee god out there that helped me with Mocha. How they work is if we treat our babies good enough and willing to learn new ways, they will send us blessings and our babies will be housebroken :D
