 I need help!!!!!!!!!!

I have lots of questions that I hope all of you can answer. We bought little Chloe 3 months ago. She is 10 months old. The previous owner only owned her 3 months. I have really spoiled Chloe. She was abused by the previous owner. I have loved, hugged, kissed etc....... on her so much. She has tons of toys, cute pink bed, pink crate with her soft little blanket and pet sofa with matching soft blanket and handmade clothes from Tinkerbell's Closet, etc...When we bought her, I had really good luck training her to potty outside. We would reward her for this. She has done good until now. She has started acting really strange. All she does is bark, bark and bark. I am a stay at home puppy mom and my daughter goes to school. My husband works. I find myself loving on her so much that I can't get a lot of my things done at home. She wants attention 24/7. Now she has started to potty in the house. She always comes and gets me to take her out and I'm always asking her do you need to potty? She will not potty outside when it's just us at home. She will hold it in until my husband gets home from work at 3:45. I have taken her out today 12 times before noon. I know she has to go! She now has decided she doesn't want to eat anymore until you hand feed her food (my husband has started that). Last night we took her out and she went to potty. About 2 hours later, she was sitting beside my computer desk in her pink bed and she walked into the hallway and pooped in the hall. No warning or nothing. She is now growling at my daughter when I love on her and getting her ready for school. What have I done???? I don't want to put her in her crate for time out because I don't want her to think that it is a place for punishment. She sleeps in her crate at night. I get on to her for her actions but she looks at me like she really cares less and continues. I hate to spank her for anything due to the previous owners. Can anyone help me???
