| Need serious help. I can't take my dog outside b/c of fleas & ticks! I really don't understand how other dog owners does it. Everytime we go outside with my Yorkie, he brings fleas and ticks. Is there any treatment (spray?) before we walk the dog so flea does not come near the dog? Please help! We cannot take the dog outside anymore!! |

| Have you ever heard of Frontline? It's a flea and tick preventitive. It's used once a month. It can be purchased at any pet store. |

| Frontline is a great way to prevent fleas and ticks. We also use the granules that you sprinkle in the yard. They have worked wonders.

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | We've also stopped taking Bella outside until we get things resolved for her itchies. I hate that because she loves to run in the backyard. We didn't think her probs were fleas & then we would see a couple. The Vet thinks it's flea allergies for her which could mean just one or two bites will drive her crazy. She had been on Frontline Plus, but it wasn't working for her. We recently switched to Comfortis which is a pill. I've heard great things about it & hoping this will work for Bella. Hoping you find the answer for your baby.

| Treatments like Frontline, Advantage, etc. are best because of the way they work. A spray is not going to work very well or very long; once-a-month treatments end up being excreted with body oils and kill fleas and ticks as soon as they try to bite. The best thing I've ever used in my yard is Sevin. If you're opposed to using chemicals on your lawn, there are some organic methods, such as Fleabusters, that you can use. |

| Teddi had never had any fleas and then she went to stay with my parents for a few days and she came back with fleas (so did Cassie) so I bought frontline for a 55 lb dog (Cassie is about 45) and put most of it on Cassie and a little bit on Teddi and the fleas were gone by the next day. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't seen a flea since. Frontline is a miracle!

| I was just wondering how long it takes to get rid of fleas after you put Frontline on them. Cooper has never had them till now. I panicked when i found them. I bathed him in flea and tick shampoo and Dawn dish liquid. And then I went and bought Frontline. We seen one on him this evening. How long should we wait to see if they are gone. Thanks |
