Mixed breed yorkies
 
:wub::love:Im not sure if this is already a thread since i havent been on here in ages. I have you mixed yorkies. Ava belle is a yorkipoo( yorkie/poodle) and Bowie is a Morkie(yorkie/maltese). Does anyone have a mixed breed????:aimeeyork:aimeeyork

there are a lot of members on where with a mix yorkie breed...hehe...i for one don't have one but did have a litter of Morkies last year.

My neighbors have a Morkie! He has the best temperment and the sweetest little personality. He's so much fun! I always threaten to steal him. They also have an older female black lab and they get along great! I have a shih tzu/poodle mix.

I love my lil guy, hes only 2 months old but he is so sweet. He loves to bug ava every chance he gets!! Shipoos are adorable:)

here is a picture of one of the Morkie puppies I had in the past...1st picture is of Bella when she was 8 weeks old...and the 2nd picture is of her this past Xmas...I kinda regret not keeping her...she turned out to be a doll! But i couldn't be more happier with the family I placed her with....they are awesome! And she surprise me because stayed pretty tiny! 4 lbs full grown that is on a good week...hehe

isn't she...hehe...i am trying to find pictures of Riley her sister...that was place with another family...she had the yorkie colors...but i have tons of emails to go thru...hehe...once i find that i will post it also...she is beautiful...

should have since i really wanted too...hehe...but i knew she was going to a wonderful family...and she lives here in town so i can welcome to come see her anytime i want...thanks Jeri!

Johnny is a yorki-poo and we are totally in love with him. He's quite intelligent but not the easiest to housetrain. We thought the best qualities of both breeds would be predominant but he's an itchy-scratchy.
He can be like a big dog in a small dog's body but also loves to be carried around.
He's tea-pot sized at 10-11 pounds.

This is one of the problems--there is no way to tell which qualities of two breeds combined will present themselves in offspring. Many people hope for the best, but it's quite possible to end up with the worst from both.:(

I have a morkie, Lucas. He's super sweet, and from the most part i think he got best of both, as he is a super sweet heart and a true lap dog, but being on this board makes me see how much yorkie he really has in him too (from the pickiness to the obsessive kisses and the head tilt. lol) His only problem is his coat really is terrible, its always matting and always looks messy. But he's a cutie anyway!

I have a yorkie/blue Merle Chiuwawa. (sp)? Just got her and she is 4 months tomorrow. She is 1.5 lbs. We figure she will get to MAYBE 4lbs. I am a new parent with this breed. She gives us such joy. Any tips on paper training?:animal-pa

I made sure to do a bunch of research and found a breeder that had show quality dogs. Both my babies are perfect, lookwise and healthwise

Mine are all pad trained and I keep the pads in a pad container to protect the floors. You need to confine her when you are not watching her so she has a small space and can't go potty just anywhere.

Deegan is 3/4 yorkie & 1/4 chi. He's a bigger guy at 8-9lbs & has floppy ears, but we love his look! Super-duper cute!

My Doodlebug is a Morkie. He is the best of both maltese and yorkie in personality. He was groomed today for the first time and now really looks yorkie~look at those EARS!!!:2omg:

my mitzy is a morkie! I just love her to pieces (: she's just the sweetest most loving girl.. not the smartest but who cares about brains when you have beauty lol

I just had a litter of shorkies and i also have 2 yorkies and i must say i fell in love with the shorkies.
