AHHH I am so jealous!! I check out the pictures from last years cruise and sure looks like a lot of fun!! I live in Windsor on the Detroit River and I sure wish that we could get something like that here!!

Aww Anne it's organized and launches here in New York. Maybe they will spread it out to other areas. It's a fund raiser and day out for the pooches.
