I hope your little doll is okay, poor baby |
omg I am so glad she is ok.. obviously the vet was not too far away.. this happened to me once.. somehow my old sassie got hold of a stuffed toy and took an eye out of it.. they are large.. well she came running to me and I knew something was in her airway.. I had just lost a 5 year old and this was a rescue.. did not have her long.. so I dislodged it.. but did not know as she was not breathing.. I ran next door..february freezing rain in my nightie and bare feet.. hammering on the door next to me.. screaming don't let my dog die.. and she sent me in the house with hubby and 4 kids.. stayed outside and breathed through her nose.. did this 4 times and brought her back.. so i know the fear you felt.. never another stuffed animal in my house with those eyes.. for they are huge.. don't look it but out they huge.. hugs to you and glad all is ok now..anne |
Bella is in our thoughts and prayers. I'm glad the vet was able to remove the washer without surgery. Hope she feels better very soon. :) |
Oh Denise, I'm sorry you and Bella had to go through that :( But, Thank Heavens she's OK!! I hope she continues to heal and feel better  Tammy, Abby and Daisy |
Heres to a speedy recovery ! She is one Lucky Baby ! sending healing hugs her way ! |
It's amazing how fast these little ones can locate something that they are not supposed eat!!! Even when you are diligent about picking things up they can still find that one thing that get's them in trouble. I am so glad that Bella is well. Scooter and Kay T send her puppy kisses. |
Aww I'm glad she's ok and you were able to act fast. I know the feeling too...the other day sons puppy got into rat poisoning in the garage. It was a brand new box that had several small packs in it. I think daughter and hubby caught it just in the nick of time that most of 1 of the small packets was on the floor. He's a lab husky mix and weighs 54 lbs. and isn't 6 months as of yet. Son called his best friends Dad that is head of the vet department at the local college. He told him to feed him peroxide to make him thro-up or give him vitamin K. I guess the poison causes internal bleeding if not treated. Luckily little roxie wasn't out there the smallest amount would have killed her. But then again if she was out there I would have been too because I don't let her out of my sight. I'm glad to say he's ok, but keeping that big lumix out of stuff is tough because he's so big and can reach things with a determination to get it. Keeping a closer eye on items in the garage, but you have to watch them every second!! |
Bella's doing great....her throat doesnt seem to be bothering her at all. She seems as good as new. Thanks for all the prayers. :):):):):) |
