NEED a YT Train!!! (From Ohio to NC)
 

I'm so excited! I'm getting Rosie (posted on rescues section) from Greenfield Ohio and need a train to get her to NC!

I just talked to the breeder and as long as I can get her here, it's a go!

I've been wanting another yorkie for some time now, and nothing every panned out, but this will work!!

PLEASE if you can volunteer to help get her here I'd be sooo thankful!!!
(I'll throw in free training/behavior advice to every person who helps get her here, indefinately!)

YAY!!!! Im so happy to see this thread. Ill be praying it all works out for you and Rosie, she needs some grooming but Im sure she will be so happy to hav her a Family to love.

My cars still broke down its still sitting in town 1/2 fixed. got a few more parts to put on it, waiting on the man to finish it or id help.

You should do a map quest and post how far and what way she will be needing to go to make it to you.

Yay! Wish it was a few weeks ago as we had a family reunion and family came from OH...I used to drive by myself..can't do it anymore...can you drive to OH border? It doesn't take too long from where I am in NC..We used to go to Point Pleasant WV and OH was across a bridge from there...5 or 6 hours from here..

I hope you can find someone! I would help but I'm in the wrong direction:rolleyes: If anyone can go from here or TN to Durham NC I need a train too!:D

Well I just checked and it's 157miles/2hrs 45min from where I am just to Greenfield. All south too :( If I was more down that way I could help out. Because even once I got to Greenfield I would have to drive more South. Ugghhh, I wish I could help out! I'm sorry :( I hope we can all help get your train moving though!!!!

I am located in Berea KY. And I have family in Lumberton NC. By me looking at your directions it seems to me you are taking the long way home if Fayetteville NC is where you are located at. We always take I-75 then into SC back up to Lumberton and Fayetteville is 45 mins. that route. We have taken a different route before and it seems it might be your directions long story short 10.5 hours of driving and it sucked.

Anyway I have no idea about Ohio so this is probably why I think its off.

My aunt Lives in Durham. I have a yorkie that I bought for my grandad who lives in nj. My aunt is going up there in aug so I need to get this baby to her.

So you are saying I-75 south through downtown Cincinnati and over? I could arrange with (Yorkieshadow) to get Rosie from Greenfield and drive her to northern KY, but I don't know who could take it from there?
I'm confused since the other directions have you going up towards Columbus and over, but I tend to be directionally challenged anyway! :confuse2:

My husband has gone to Cincinnati he stated it was 1.5 hour drive from us. I live maybe a about an hour from Knoxville TN.

I'm close to Northern KY. If I can help let me know. I could go a couple hours in your direction at least. HTH.

A friend of mine thought maybe taking 71 S. to 471 from Cincinnati to the AA highway thru Kentucky and meeting up at the border of KY/OH/WV then taking 65 to 77 thru WV or taking 32 along the OH river side until it meets up at KY/OH/WV and then 65 to 77.
Is anyone familiar with this?

As I mentioned before I would be happy to arrange to get her from close to the Greenfield area and drive her to N. Kentucky if someone could pick her up and go from there.

Thats a great idea picking the ywo up on one trip, they are only about an hour or so apart

I would love to help. but at this time I cant, my car is still in town broke down and is only half way fixed, we had to wait on the guy to order the part an dput it in yet, We do have another car DH but hes working 12 a day so I cant ask him.

I live in Northern KY, an hour or so outside of Cincy...I could help you all need me to, I am confused about which way she is going-thru WV or thru KY? either way, I may be able to help, I could take her on down in KY to meet someone or take her to WV-just let me know if I can help ya'll! good luck!

I could meet in Northern KY, but I'm not sure of the best route either. I'm not familiar with where Fayetteville is or what is the best way there. I just started asking around and got a few suggestions from people.
I will be happy to get her from the Greenfield area and bring her over the Cinti/KY border, but she would need help from there!

I seen earlier that someone mentioned from cincy along the AAA to WV, i live right on the AAA and I can take her from cincy/ky border to WV if that would help any :)
