| yeah I remember it... What I do is tie Rocco's leash to the handle of Roxi's... That way they are connected at the top instead of at the bottom where they can really pull in opposite directions... It works really well for us!

| We have one that we attach to their harnes--not their collars. There's no strain on their necks at all. Mine really don't like it, they keep running over each other. Tieing their leashes together seems like a really nice alternative.

Just to be clear, the injury was slipped disc caused by a double headed leash attached to a harness. This has nothing to do with harness vs. collars, I agree with you, harnesses are a much safer alternative, however don't use them with double headed leashes or couplers.

I Love My Babies Donating Member | I have one of those double dog leash thingies.. and after reading the post about them.. I will only be using the end of it to help out on the seat belts. This was a great idea that you will find in the original post of the dog that was injured by one of these. I am trying out tying the top of the leashes together.

| I remember the post from a week ago or so back about those couplers injuring one of the dogs. I would stay away from them, besides they make the walk very awkward for the dogs because they are so close together and one is always walking faster than the other. I would try to find an alternative to this... Better safe than sorry with these little guys. It could cause alot of heartache, pain, not to mention vet bills.
