Is this a JOKE? This is NOT a yorkie, he's a cute puppy though. $50.00??? Hmmm.. |
Scam - scam - scam. Do a search here for more examples of scam ads. Some of the scam ads all have several things in common, broken English, glaring inaccuracies, the picture isn't a Yorkie, he will be one year old and no rabies shot. He is crate trained but not potty trained? He is not leash broke . . .? what the heck is that? Quote:

No, I don't thin it is a scam. That is advertisment not the picture of her dog. She doesn't have a picture of him up yet. I e-mailed her and requested a picture and she is making me answer alot of questions before she said she would consider placing him in my home. But I am not interested in him he is too far away from me. I just thougth someone on here may be interested!!! PLease don't flag her ad!!!! |

Sorry, the English was so poor and certain things didn't make sense as if she didn't even know what the terms meant. If you feel that this person is indeed legitimate, may I suggest that you recommend a rescue organization to this person? They will thoroughly check into the new home and have the puppy spayed, so it won't be used for experiments or breeding. Someone who charges this low of price is either trying to seek gullible people or indeed very gullible herself. By the way, even in scams, they e-mail you lots of questions back, to make themselves sound legitmate. Some members e-mailed the scammers and were asked to put the ads in other papers and sites. |

Well it could be a scam, but I just thought if someone lived near her and they were interested she couldn't scam you if you went to pick the dog up and paid her when you picked it up. But you never know! |

Im pretty sure its a scam! I emailed her asking about coming to see the puppy. Its odd hoe scammers seem to spell a select few of their words incorrectly. And to top it off she is spelling the dog specific words wrong. It doesnt seem like she fully understand what they mean about the leash training and all... This is the respose I got about 2 minutes after i sent it: hi can you tell me a littleh about yourself please and the home you could provide fo him ? where are you from? is you female fixed as he is not netertered, thank you for your interest, sorry for all the questions, this is very hard to do, i want the best possable home for him, |
Ppl who have accents dont type like that. I feel like these ppl put time into changing words around, omitting letters and adding letters where they dont belong. There are typos and then there is nonsense. I really hope there is a dog but i seem to have lost all hope in the goodness in ppl lately. Ive had some bad experiences. |
She says sorry for all the questions as if she asked a lot of questions and sounds concerned... there were three questions! From my limited experience good breeders ask many more questions not just a general tell him about what a loving home you could provide for my baby. Im sorry if im taking this overboard its just that lately i have been so upset with all the puppy mills and scammers out there. I feel so bad for what my monkey must have gone through and i hurt for all the animals still living it every day. |
