Without a doubt, this is a scam....My local newspaper and CraigsList had very similar listings. They were two completely different contacts but I got the exact same pictures from both!!!

Such a scam!!! I saw that same ad 2 years ago when I was looking for Teddi. Plus whenever they put the "christian" and the "god bless" you have to look out! I mean there are real christian's that put that on their websites but this is not one of them!!!!

What's sad is some people probably have that problem with their pets. And then here come these scam artist making up these stories to get money. I always tought that if the yorkie is less than $400 it is a scam, unless you have met the puppy and breeder in life. If you want money that bad, why not just get a job??

That is so sad. I feel sorry for the breeders with actual puppies that get their puppy pictures taken off line.

I would NEVER have fallen for this, when I saw the "Free Puppy", I was like - yeah right!

I answered mearly out of curiosity, just to see how low these people would go.

I have received probably 20 of these in the past two weeks just from replying to ads. :(

My neighbor got this in an email. She was telling me all about it, and I told her it was a scam. the scam has been going around for a while. let her know this! I think that some people really do fall for it, since it is still happenning. Thia is a shame. :eek: :thumbdown

How horrible is that? I can't stand it when scammers prey on animal-lovers. It's so cruel to toy with people's affections like that.

Those people have all kinds of ads in all kinds of places for all kinds of dog breeds. I like to look for them and report them to the web admin, just to make it a little more difficult for them. I wish there were some solid way to stop them for good, but that's one of the perils of the net.

WOW that is sad and sadly I'm sure someone will fall for it.

I certainly hope that nobody falls for these scams! Those people are fakers and liars and I wish there was some rule about them posting this crap! I thought the same thing as you - if they really loved the baby, and wanted what was best for it's well being they wouldn't be shipping it half way across the bloody world, they would find someone to take care of it there, or never had flew her there... They don't care and there probably isn't even a dog - it's all a money makin' scheme. :thumbdown

I got scammed by these people last year and there still emailing me,stupid me lost some money to them about $500.00 in total ,there real good, i had airport people even sending me emails ,pleeease run awaay fast,i really fell for it and really feel stupid and in february i got my reward here on yt,his owner was allergis to my little skip on my avatar,i also got him for $500.00 and he such a mess full of life,but i never got papers for him either and dont know his real birthday the lady said she thought march 9 2008 thats the day i called her to find out and she told me i would get them soon i gave up and gave him my mothers birthday which was march 27,2008 and my mom just passed on may 6, 2008,so i believe god new in advance my mother passing ,so every time i look at him it reminds me of my wonderful mother and how she spoke ill of no one and was always happy to see you ,even if you have not seen her in a while,not judging us welcoming us with open arms and telling us how great we are,isn't this how these babies treat us,what a wonderful legacy our mom gave us and i hope i can be just as non judgmental as she was,sorry this is long and also a little baby will come into your life real soon,it happened for me just keep checking on here and petfinder.com.

I received this exact same email a few months ago when I was looking for my first yorkie. Literally word for word. Only difference being that they were charging $500.00 for the puppy shipping included. I remember thinking that they sounded so sincere. This was the first time I had ever seen one of these emails so I didn't know what to make of it at first but then I knew in my heart that it had to be a scam. Sure enough I began to see more and more of these emails. This, however, is the first time that I see the EXACT same email I received. What losers!! I feel so bad for people that actually for this.
