Animal Planet Dog Competition + Autism

Oh my gosh I started crying as I watched this little story about a dog handler whose son has autism and he is 7 years old. He is doing fantastic! He fell in love with this dog that is in the competition, with this dog he opens up into the real world, and is almost like a normal boy. Before this dog he was turning inward and they feared he would never come out of it...

Oh my gosh I still have tears in my eyes. Just to see him talking to the cameras and the people and laughing... That is just * i dont have the word* a miricle for him.

I think Bentley would be a great therapy dog as he is so kind and loving and just amazing... I'm going to look into therapy dog training and see what I can do.

I am unable to work due to mental reasons but I think I would love to take time out of my day and give to others what I need myself. A wonderful dog to love and hug.

To be quite honest, my life has almost completely turned around since we adopted him a month and a half ago.

I just hope someday we can help others as I have been helped.
