My husband loves our small dogs. He is a toll collector so he has truckers coming thru all day and he said so many of them have yorkies, chiuhaha's and other small dogs as companionship on the road. They travel easy and take up little room. |

When I got Skeeter my dh told me that Adie was now his dog. "Daddy's little girl." He called me at work the other day to tell me that she asked him to take her to PetSmart which he promptly did. He even bought her a little t-shirt. (He bought one for Skeeter too.) He was very proud of his little girl and loved the attention she got. I told him that it is a great way to pick up chicks! </IMG> |

1 Attachment(s) Well I think everyone who went to the meetup in Kansas City can attest to the fact, that REAL men LOVE yorkies. Mike LOVES all of our babies! Nothing like a man in uniform carrying yorkies! He even carries them around when they are all dolled up in frilly dresses.. and believe me he is ALL man! PS.. I know it's Monday, but I already had this ready for a Happy Saturday! |

My husband has always loved the little dogs, but he also has two 100 lb labs. Unfortunately he is afraid to go anywhere with them in case they get in a fight. He has no such fears with Rambeau. Ram is his little man, but then again he doesn't mind holding my pocket book either ;) Melissa and Rambeau (my daddy is the man!) |

My husband has absolutely no qualms about walking our little 5 pounder - he takes him out faithfully every single day. When we first got Tetley he wasn't too sure about it but Tetley has won over his heart and he loves that little dog something fierce now. There have been a few dog nappings in our area so my husband feels safer if he walks Tetley instead of me, or we go out together. |

My dad took to Tila right away. lol. He just loves her. As soon as he walks in the door, he's like where's the baby, who's the baby. He always carries her, and kisses her, and just lets her walk right over him. He gets right down on the floor and plays with her. He sometimes likes to act like he doesn't act like this, but he can't deny. The first time walked her he was like you want me to walk her, she's so tiny, how's that gonna look. He got over it in a second. lol. When we're out too, if we're talking to people he gets her outta my arms and carries her and just loves her in front of everyone. lol. Yorkies melt mens hearts very easily. My pa doesn't mind my little doggies, he drives my car, complete with a tinkerbell steering wheel cover, license plate, and floor mats even. lol. |
