That is weird. I have ppl tell me to GIVE them my Yorkies and im like keep dreaming:rolleyes: They are joking of couse..but still lol It freaks me out to think of them with my dogs

You should have told him you would trade for his wife because you need someone to scrub the floors, cook, clean and do laundry!!! Heh, that would probably shut him up!!!

We're getting new windows and when the guys came to measure, the older of the two told me he had a Yorkie boy and he just loved Abby and Daisy. He asked if he could hold and them and of course I let him. Daisy followed him all over the house and he was very sweet to her. He said if he had to make a choice between his dog or kids, he'd have to pick his dog! :eek: Then when he got ready to go, he picked Daisy up and said, I'm taking them both home with me, right? I just laughed and said, "you'd have a fight on your hands" He was only kidding, I know, but he's coming back to put the windows in! I think I'll take my girls and go to my Mom's house :p

On the other hand, I've done something similar and I have to wonder if I offended this poor woman. I went to a yard sale with my SIL and she said, "look Tam, she has a Yorkie" Sure enough it was a little girl, 4 yrs old and just adorable! Her hair was cut short and the lady kept saying she needed a bath. I asked if I could pet her and she said yes. I let her lick my face and the lady acted like I was crazy! We talked about our dogs, the groomers in our area, etc.. Before I left, I told her that if she ever needed to find a new home for Sassy, My name was_____ and I live at _____. She said her kids would have a fit. I just said, "I'm sure they would, she's a sweet little girl" She's probably writing about me on some forum! :confused:

BTW, I'm with you! There's no amount of money in the world someone could give me to buy one of my girls.

This is the first BAD thing that has happened to me being out with Jeter. People alway's will stop and tell me what a cute Yorkie he is and pet him on his head. Jeter loves the attention he gets from them his little tail will be going fast and he is in heaven getting a pet on the head! These people really scared me when the asked me to sell him to them. At first I thought they were kidding but then it just seemed scarry to be their. Thankfully other people were out walking down town too so if they had tried to take Jeter I am sure people would of been able to help me get him back. I am not 100 % sure but I think they had been drinking to. I could smell beer on them.

Anyway's I could not believe they thought I would sell my dog to them. They have a girl Yorkie and it made me wonder how they could even think for one second I would sell my dog if they two loved their dog. And the amount they offered.. What the heck! I would not sell him for any amount of money in the world. I love Jeter!! And to call me Stuck Up :confused:well then I am proud to be stuck up for not wanting selling my little love bug to them!!

How weird, strange and rude....I think this guys had dollar signs in his eyes b/c number if you are a yorkie breeder you know that these little dogs are like children to us and no amount of money would ever be workth giving them up...and if he has a girl and he wants a boy he is looking to "get rich quick" not that you can make money breeding yorkie b/c you cant, you usually break even or end up in the hole...I know I have bred before...(but i never sold my puppies.) Anyways, this guy is a jerk and if I was to be called stuck up then so be it BUT you freaky man will never have my dog. Good for you and thanks for sharing your story.
