| Scabs? I just noticed like right now that my furbaby has 2 scabs around his neck and head. There is no way he could of scratched there which he is always itching everywhere else. One of them is a skin colored bump and the other is a kind of dried blood scab, both which are about a little bigger than the size of the eraser on a pencil. |

| I'm not sure, we do have a ton of mosquitos and nats but he has some little bumps on his back besides these like we would get from a bite. I suppose it could be a possibility. I was looking at the skin colored one and almost wandering if that one is ringworm but I don't know what it looks like on a dog. they are both good sized though.

| Fleas can cause scabs. Onni had them behind her ears from scratching until we got rid of the fleas.

| I had the same with one of mine, the vet thought maybe a little skin infection so she gave us a shampoo and antibiotic and it cleared up very quickly. It could have been bug bites or rough playing with the pups. I suggest you take him to the vet, and don't wait too long, it could get worse. |
