So I am going through Craigslist like I always do and come across this ad for rehoming two yorkies...free ...so, I am in one of those moods and decide to respond

Here is the first email I receive:

Cameroon i found out that my hours for work where too
much and i didn't had enough time for the babies so

give them out and only to any interested

LOCATION IN THE USA AS I WILL ALSO PAY FOR IT.IF YOU

I start to reply about their scam but then I think...what the hell....lets play!

So I ask if I have to pick them up at the airport..then why would you need my address...

Yeah !!! big time scam, I cannot believe it that after all this time, people still fall for it. It has been around for years, I guess there really is a sucker born every minute

So...I responded to another one....and lo and behold I got another reply....from a guy in Cameroon!

a home but a forever home for them. firstly let me tell you about them.They are called Cassie and Harley . they are all registered with the following animal registration clubs that Akc,Ckc, Ukc and are veterinary checked and vaccinated and have all health records till date and housing documents .So i am giving them for free because of my work which makes me not to have more time for them and the one who
usually took care of them was my late wife and she's no longer so
now i work far and see them about once in 3 days so thats why i am giving them away. they are very sensitive babies and possess the following.
FOR CASSIE

So for delivery i am in the North Western Region of Cameroon.i am not charging any thin from you but what is require
if the fee for their flight documents and papers. so the cost for one of the documents is $60 thats $120 for the documents of the two babies. so as soon as you pay the $120 you will have the two babies home.I am sorry to say i will not give one of them out because they like each others company. so i am giving them both to the same home where they will be loved
equally and catered for and i see you will provide all i need for the babies so promise me that you will take good care of them.
So i promise you that all you will pay and have these two babies home if $120 and thats to complete the documents with your full name on. so please to show me you will carter for them well provide me the following information
1. Will you take care of them both.?
2. Hope you want them both.?
3. How soon do you need them home.?
4.Where are you located.?
5. Are you a breeder.?
6. Do you think on breeding them.?
7.Do you have a yard where they could play there.?
8.Whats your full names and where are you located so that we could prepare on
signing the remaining papers with your names on then you have them home.?
