REALLY!!REALLY!! REALLY TICKED OFF RIGHT NOW!!! re: puppymill in WI :mad: :mad: I just got an email from the people that run the puppy mill here in WI. They said that some one has contacted them and reffered them to this site in reguards to what was being said about them. I think this is TOTAL BULL**** that some one on here would do something like this. This place is a puppymill any way you cut it. I dont know who it is that contacted them and referred them here but they had cut and pasted little bits and pieces from the thread that I started about them. There are many many wonderful people here and I know that the majority is right behind me in wanting to put a stop to puppymills. I thank you all who stand behind me on this. But to the person who tipped these people off....... I hope that you are happy and proud of yourself because you just lost me on your side of whatever. :mad: :mad: |
i'm confused so what's happening? someone told them about what we were saying and they emailed you and told you...... it doesn't matter whether or not i totally get it i know what it all means. i don't understand why someone would do this either???? who ever told them is very mean and obviously a trouble maker. |

Its total bull s**t if you ask me. Its not the first or second time things like that have happened. I would love to know who contacted them and what there purpose was in doing it. Are they now threatening you or anything? |

Kelly.........I'm so sorry to hear this and very pissed too!! What does the person who is tipping all these people off hope to gain?? I have to agree with Villette, I think they are doing it just to stir things up and add a little Drama, but in the end, they are hurting all those poor little defenseless dogs because they are preventing people like you from being able to shut down puppy mills. I wish there was someway to find out who it is and have them banned from this site!! Until then it seems as though you have to be very very careful what you say here for fear it will get back to those you are trying to stop!!! |
We must remember that many more people lurk here than post here, not all good people. I'm sure there are many a puppymill owners that lurk here and they are probably quite a tight network. Plus the wierd stuff that is going on with scam emails lately. I'm sure (unless, I'm being naive) whoever is doing this, is not a contributing member. You have every right to be very upset, but it is a public forum and we probably need to be quite careful about what we say. |
This person is too stupid and cowardly to come forward anyway. So Kelly you did a wonderful thing and don't get yourself upset over a mindless potstirrer. I hope the puppymills realize that they can't continue on, that people will have discussions about them and plan to do something to stop them. WE WON'T STOP SHUTTING THEM DOWN!!!! |

Thanks Nobella. Im not really ticked about the whole thing. The part that I am ticked about is the fact that some one would go and do something like this. The person that did this more than likely has puppymill dogs. And to make matters worse is proud to have them. |

It's probably a person who may even be running one themselves. Maybe these puppymills are all well connected with each other. So we have a murdere/betrayer amongst us here. Won't stop us from talking the truth about puppy mills and trying to stop them. But it's good to know to be more aware that as 99% have good intentions and are loyal there a 1% that enjoys being the disloyal one. |
i hate to think that one of the wonderful people on here would do that to kelly. it is sick!!! i hope some how we can find out who it was. in the meantime i hope someone is looking around here with a VERY guilty concious. |

Yeah, your right, it may just be a lurker. I sure hope so. I guess we walk a tight wire between expressing opinions and what someone might try to get a person for slander. I don't know what threads you started, but we do have a freedom of speech. And darn it, a puppy mill :( is a puppy mill :eek: is a puppy mill :mad: :! If they didn\'t threaten you they must know they don\'t have a leg to stand on. I\'d be really REALLY peeved too! I\'d still post your opinions and just watch exact wording. I hate when the bad guy is the one that threatens to sue. Like the guy who stold someone\'s car and it wasn\'t running right and he wrecked....the ass actually tried to sue the owner of the car because it wasn\'t running right and caused the accident! Or the woman who sued a furniture store because a child was running and caused her to fall and get injured......and it was HER child!!!! Anyway, you get my point. :thumbdown :thumbdown |

Im not all too worried about myself here. I am the one that has my dogs in my house all the time other then the 2 minute potty break outside. And I am the one that takes them for ice cream and sleeps with them in my bed. I dont keep them locked in kennels with feces all over and I dont neglect them by withholding attention. Anyone in thier right mind will see that. Let them threaten me. What do they have to go on?? Really?? I dont breed my dogs. I dont neglect my dogs. I merely went to check out a suspected puppy mill. I am lisenced with the ASPCA and so is the friend that I had with me that night. They can go to hell along with the person that tipped them off as far as I am concerned. |

I\'m pretty sure it would probably be a person who googled their puppymmill site and this forum came up. Everyone can see what we write here - you don\'t have to be a member. |
I use a different email address for here than I do for anything else. Keeps my regular mailbox from filing up. |
