Your little Pia is beautiful! I think she is jealous. I do not know much about the Yorkie colors either, but, love this little dog you have. She is just trying to get to you, and it has to be because you have such a gorgeous yorkie I have not seen one with that is so perfectly tan all around, this make her amazing.

***I had something on the stove and got so involved in this thread...that I burnt it! Oh, well. I don't have tons of experience, but I think Pia's color is really unique. I haven't seen another one like it...anywhere. She is drop-dead gorgeous. And funny! And teeny-tiny! And special. So, if she is trying to make you feel that Pia is inferior... HAHAHAHAHA! If Pia had a little crew cut she would still be beautiful.

My guess is that was the big green monster speaking through her. Envy and cattiness are so not traits that I care to deal with.

I think Beth hit the nail on the head. Envy and jealousy can cause
hurt feelings so I would try and stay away as much as possible because
it's only natural that at some point you will be defending your own
beautiful pups and you don't need to go there.

Pia is beautiful, and the other girl is just jealous....or she wouldn't be comparing all the time! I consider Pia to have a tan head.....and the cutest little face, ever!!

I think we all consider these little ones our babies. I would never say such things when it comes to human babies, and I feel the same way about furbabies.

I'm not sure about Pia's coloring, but she could have pink and green polka dot hair with silver streaks and she would still be a MAJOR cutie pie. Plus, she has personality to boot. I love looking at her pictures. They make me smile.

Thanks again everyone for all the nice replies. I really appreciate them soooooooooo much!! I try to ignore her but she's family, so it can be tough. I've really bit my lip and have always kept peace because I have to see her so much at family events but enough is enough. She actually just sent me an email of Pia. She took a pic from my myspace page and said "she is gold." I didn't need a pic sent to me of my own baby. I'm quite aware of what she looks like. I'm so amused right now. I just asked for her to re-send the pic of the girl she is interested in. By the way, she is not a puppy.

I just got her email and here is the girl she's considering. She said the breeder has not responded back to her yet. Geez, from the way she acted on the phone you would have thought a deposit was put down. I hope its ok to post this picture here. She is a very pretty little girl and I swear I've seen her before.

still very cute but if she is going to argue colors with you........this little girl looks to have silver in her head.....just my opinion

I thought the same thing as you. Once in awhile I'll browse and look at other babies but mostly just on here. I know I've seen that picture before. She said she found her on puppyfind.com but now I wonder if the listing is old?? Maybe she's someone's baby on here. Gosh, hope no'one gets mad at me for posting that picture.
