| ![]() I was just wondering if anyone has used any of the anti itch sprays wipes or creams found in the pet stores? Lily is having a bad issue with allergies and the vet wants to wait and have me just try Benadryl during her flare ups until her next apt. I have seen some wipes and sprays for itching and allergies in the pet stores and wondered if they really work. The only area that bugs her is in her arm pit area. Any suggestions would be nice, Lily would thank you. Also do you know of any no choke harnesses that do not irrate the arm area? What would I do with out YT ![]()

| ![]() i would be hesitant to use a spray myself only because i'd be bathing her all the time! have you tried the bendryl yet? whe Layla's allergies get bad that is what i use. Layla has a sensitive tummy so i have to make sure she has food in her tummy or she'll get sick. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() Human sprays work great, I imagine the animal's sprays work in much the same way, but are probably safer since animals tend to lick the area, so the ingredients would have to allow for this.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() It has the same main ingredient as the human one I use, and it works great.

| ![]() What are you feeding her? A lot of times, the allergies can be cleared up with a simple food change. Check your ingredients on the bag for the following "main allergy culprits:" ~corn ~preservaties ~dyes ~sweeteners ~believe it or not...chicken! If your dog has outdoor allergies, try wiping down her coat and feet with sensitive skin baby wipes to help remove some of the allergens that may be lingering on her fur. Where (on her body) does she seem to have the most itchy/symptomatic signs? |

| ![]() She is eating Innova and she also gets a bath every week and a half with medicated shampoo. She itches the most in her arm pit area ( the area where her front legs meet her body) and the top of her feet.
