Spaying and neutering in the United States has really paid off, or we would be faced with the same crisis. I'm glad to hear it may not be true, but you never know if this is really the case, or if he was so frightened by all the death threats. I can understand his position, in a way, if you are surrounded by literally hundreds of starving dogs, and you know you can't feed them all, what do you do? Many people from other countries think the citizens of the United States share unspeakable wealth, and could fix the problem if they wanted to badly enough. So he believes that we are hypocrites for being angry with him for documenting the death of the dog, when we are doing nothing to stop the thousands of other starving animals. |
