| ![]() Last week I posted a "good news" message about Logan and my trip to Indiana and Illinois. He did so well and appeared to be housetrained. He was given a lot of freedom in the houses we visited. We are on vacation, staying in a chalet, and since we've been here - less than 24 hours - he's pooped twice inside the house! My husband's patience is running thin. This has occurred after he's gone outside to potty. |

| ![]() Poor Logan and poor you! My friend has a yorkie/pom mix, he is 3 yrs old and perfectly housetrained yet everytime he visits us he poops in our kitchen! Even when the back door is open! We're not sure why though he his very submissive with one of our dogs! Maybe there has been another dog in the chalet before you who has left a strong scent! Just a thought! Good luck settling him in! ![]()

| ![]() This chalet does allow pets, so no doubt another dog has been here. I'm also guessing the newness of this place plus the initial "free reign" he had may have something to do with the accidents. He's on a tighter "leash" now and doing better. I'm keeping him outside longer and walking him for each potty break as opposed to just setting him in the yard (what little there is---we are in the mountains). |
