I've never tried taking Tila into Canadian Tire. Hmm, may have to try next time. I'm always so scared they're going to kick me out. I've taken her to Petsmart lots of times, the pet and feed store, video store and hardware store. But I'm scared to try the bigger places like Best Buy and such. Sweet Tikka have you taken your babies anywhere in Grande Prairie?

Yes it was actually the Canadian Tire in Grande Prairie :D They have a sign on the treat bucket right inside the door that says "Pets are welcome, Take a Treat!"
I haven't tried anywhere else either! Might try the Peavy Mart today... but that's also a hardware store and they seem to now mind as much. I used to work at Lowe's in the states and people brought in dogs, cats, and even saw a couple sugar gliders, and once a tiny little owl.

Goodness, was she afraid that your pup was going to leap out of the bag and start maiming her? It's not like you were dangling her over the produce telling her to "go potty". What is wrong with people?

Cool beans. :) I'm thinking I'm going to take Tila in with me next time. I'll put her in one of her bags. I'm going into GP this Thursday to get some Acana. My baby will be staying home this trip though.

aw Pooter can only eat Acana it's the only thing his weak stomach can handle as far as everything that we've tried.
Tikka is in the process of switch over to it.

Good luck in C.T. I always have fun taking them where ever I can. Also, our McDonald's here in Peace River hands out dog treats at the drive through window :D
