I am trying to see if Maximus is okay and absolutely nobody is picking up the phone... :( ....if I was paranoid before it just like quadrupled...I keep calling and nothing!!!

No I am at work in Staten Island...they are in Manhattan and it took me almost 2 hours in traffic this morning!!!...I am very upset :(

Don't worry sweety, I'm sure they are not picking up because they are sitting with him, petting him and giving him lots of love for you =) They can't resist his cuteness.

I know it's hard, but try not to worry. Sometimes a vet office won't answer the phone when they are busy with the animals -- they just make the puppies and kitties their top priority, that's all. I'm sure he is fine.

Where in Manhattan? I work in Manhattan and if there is a problem, I can catch a cab and go check up on him. I work on 34th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue - right by Macys.

THANK YOU ALL!!!!...I just got through..I was like a maniac, the poor kid I bit his head off...I finally got through and I said 2things but first I am Maximus' mom is he okay?..he says Oh yeah Maximus the yorkie right..hold on.....now I am like okay they are gonna tell me there was a problem, so after like 5 minutes he gets back on and is like yeah well he's fine.....so Yeah!!!..MAXIMUS IS OKAY!!!! and I told him for future refernce don'ty do that I was getting ready to leave and start heading down there :) ...they are on East 38th Street right off FDR (BIDE A WEE) and they definitely think I am looney

That's so close to me. 5 minutes by cab. Bide A Wee is awesome. I've volunteered there before. I'm glad he's doing ok! The poor little munchkin!

You are soo lucky you got this done...mine is coming up :( I'm so happy to hear good ole Maximus is doing so well. He will be excited to see you when you get home. All the more reason to smile and get yourself a treat for being a bit looney. :p

4-4:30...but the crazy thing is they don't even have a machine!! although I probably would of left like 30 messages...pick up ...pick up it's Maximus' mom, is my baby okay???

I am sooooo glad to hear your lil boy is ok!!!

And you are NOT A LOONEY!! I called my vet like 15 times in an hour checking on Sammi :)

I am soo glad that you finally got ahold of them and that Maximus is doing great!!! It is so fustrating when you want to find out about them and you can't get anything...but I am sure they were just giving him extra love and attention!!!

No....my bf will be going to get him, since I was late for work this morning..my boss wasn't really feeling the leaving early as well..unless he said there was a major problem in which case we would arrange something (a major problem to me was not picking up the phone...lol)...my bf is leaving at 3pm (getting off from work early) to go get him and he is in Brooklyn today so it will be less then 30 minutes...but I want him WAITING for Maximus and he brought some extra treats and stuff for him on the ride home. I will be meeting them at home!!...I will tell you how much it comes out to when I see the bill later tonight~!!!

Oh and BTW...they are only open from like 8-5 mon-fri and on Sat for a couple of hours..and NO MACHINE so if you need something your kind of screwed...that is my big complaint but if everything is okay like they said...I am just grateful my baby is okay!!

OH Good...I was hanging around your thread hoping you'd post ...kink of a POST Stalker ! I'm SO GLAD they answered and you have your mind at ease AND can go get him ! I konw you can't wait to see him - Glad the worry was over nothing - maybe they need a receptionist ...I'd have been scared too !

I am so glad to hear he's doing okay! I don't blame you for worrying and especially when you can't get ahold of them. How frustrating! They need to do something with their phone service and get someone to just answer phones! I'm sure you'll come home to lots of puppy kisses! Hope he has a speedy recovery!

That's great news. They should have answered the phone though. That is so unprofessional but I know things happen, even at our dental office. Mistakes happen so we will give them the benefit of the doubt this time.

let us know how he is when you get him! Give him lots of extra love from all of us too!
