I have only seen a very few that I think of as having a true "baby doll" face. Dina's Pia, Brooke's Tatum and Patti's Pixie....soooooooo cute! You can search through the threads on here to see their pictures.

This is my 10 month old Pixie..she is very petite (3lbs) she has a much shorter nose than my last yorkie..not sure i would call her a 'Baby Doll faced' Yorkie though...although she is MY baby doll of course!
