Hi, I am fairly new here myself and this information is very important for me also to know as I live in New York myself, I just wondering Lady A where did you actually purchase your pup from been searching and searching for at least someone that resides in New York that breeds yorkies. |
Hi:-) Nice to meet a fellow New Yorker! So it was actually from a lady that lives in New Jersey. She may still have a few pups if you are interested. She is in central NJ- about an hour from the city. I can give you her email if you are interested. :-) |
:wavey: welcome to YT!! Glad to have you here. You'll have to sign your sweet boy up for our Little Gentleman's Club, you can do so on this thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ight=gentleman |
welcome to YT. I see that you said he could have the rabies shot in 3 weeks, which will make him 12 weeks old then...I really still think that is too early. most are around 16 weeks. I would call and get a 2nd opinion from another vet in the area! Let me mention...I have always heard that the dosage of the rabies shot is the same for a 3 lb yorkie baby as it is for a 60 lb dane puppy...so to me, the longer you can wait to get it, the better. it just seems like a lot to give a pup. good luck :) can't wait to see pics of your baby and watch him grow :D |

:welcome4: Welcome to YT!!! Your baby is adorable! I believe rabies shots are recommended at 12 weeks or older. Check with your veterinarian.....he/she will be able to tell you. |
