| Boo Bear | 03-07-2008 11:03 AM | We got Boo when she was 9 1/2 weeks old. We put her in a large kennel in our kitchen at night. She can hear the humming of the refridgerator and the clock ticking. She cried/whined the first week, but the vet encouraged us to let her whine as long as it wasn't too long of a time period. It was hard to hear her bark and whine, but sure enough, after a week, she stopped. She has been sleeping all night in her kennel since, and we never hear a peep from her until we wake her up in the morning. Now, every night at a certain time, she'll go into the kitchen to let us know she is ready for bed. I think that they will adjust to whatever routine you get them used to. Good luck! |
