What do you think!? this website http://www.yorkiesgalore.com/ offered me a female yorkie with all the qualities i am looking for, for $1,300. In your opinion do you think it's worth it and do you think the website looks like a reliable one you could trust?! |
i would research a little more on it. they seem to have a variety of breeds, there might be even more breeds, that they are not listing. |
you might want to leave it to the expieranced people because i'm no expert but it looks pretty good.i think $1,300 is a bit expensive, but they aren't using like teacup or mini or anything. i really don't know. good luck in finding your baby!!! (the only thing i'm worried about is how many breeds they have...) |

Good luck with your search and if you need help trying to find a puppy, just let me know and I'll help you find a breeder or something. Good luck! |
Yeah, something smells fishy to me about that site. I wouldn't trust them, but that's just me. $1,300 is very expensive too. |
Yorks JMO..those are some of the worst quality I have seen in a long time..number 7 is a cutie...the breeders of the rest should be slapped. Why don't they groom these pups before taking a photo..the ears need clipping..makes you wonder if the nails are as long as the ear hair? $1300 is alot of money for a Yorkie the quality of the first row... |
I would not buy there, the Yorkies arnt´pretty and for how they look like, much too expensive. In Germany you couldnt sell such a puppy for more than 100 to 200 Euro. For that price( 1.300 $) you can get a show quality puppy here in most kennels. I also wouldn´t trust them, because of the many different breeds they are breeding. |
In my opinion, there is something not right, on the bottom of the page, it states--NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HYPERGYCEMIA! Yikes  ! There is something very unsettling about that!!- But again- only my OPINION! |

What qualities are you looking for in a yorkie? I was not very impressed with what I saw. $1,300.00 is a lot of money to pay for those puppies. I agree with Rose that those are some of the worst quality puppies that I have seen in a long time. I am sure that if you do a little more research that you can find a puppt that is a better representative of the breed. Wnalegria |

I think these dogs looks sad and lonely. They do not look loved and they do not look well groomed. I feel so sorry for them. If you would like some help finding a puppy, just let me know and I'd love to do some research for you. |
I'm with Pat, someone should go to Iowa and slap 'em. Those are some of the most butt ugly puppies I've ever seen and that's tough to accomplish, since almost all pups are at least cute when they're little. WAY too many different breeds and none of 'em look anything but miserable and so sad. ALSO big red flag on the fact that they are promoting the pups for stud use and even though they aren't using the teacup word they are saying they almost always have pups that will be 3-4 lb adult size. Well, I agree that the "quality" of the yorkies and other dogs on that site isn't great, I have never seen an ugly yorkie. Even the ones that are not breed standard are cute in their own way, imo. I also do not feel that $1300 is too much for a typical yorkie puppy, but these do not look like they are of the best quality...and I am concerned that there are no photos of the adults. It is hard to get a puppy for less than $500 if you want it an it's mother to have had the best care. Even the homeliest puppy needs to cost that or the breeder is losing money if they are providing good food, vet care and adequate human socialization. I would keep looing unless there is one that particularly caught your eye. In that case I would call and ask a lot of questions. I would definitely speak to their vet and any other referral sources they will give you. I would ask if either of the parents is on site. Good luck. |
