"My Dog Ate My,,,,,," 2 Attachment(s) well,, yesterday morning,, i left my girls to go workout and walk (like most every morning),, they generally bed down on the loveseat and stay til i get back,, WELL,, yesterday i went to Curves,, did my workout,, then went to the indoor track at a local church here,, walked 5K,, then made my WalMart run,, and grocery store on the way back, got home,, and found little Yorkies ALL Excited to see Mama!!! then, ,They Scattered!! it was UH OH, look what WE did!!!!! my entire living room/kitchen area,, scattered with the tinest of pieces of blue and white paper,, and I'm thinking ,, looking around wondering what in the world?..... then i see the BLUE paper,, white paper,, can make out like nothing its so shredded,, but then i see it,, my windshield sticker tag for our brand new plates on our brand new truck!!!! all but destroyed itself!!! Mercy Me!!! so i gathered up all the tiny pieces and put them in a grocery bag i'd just brought in,, brought in all the groceries etc.. took the tiny tattered pieces of our registration and windshield sticker tag to the Ford place,, told em what happened,, and they were like ,, "What?!?!" LOL, so then i just held out the bag,, opened it and told em,, "My Dog Ate It!",, lol, like little kids back in grade school!! everyone got a good laugh,, then figured out what they need to do to get us a new sticker ,, gave me another new dealer paper tag,, as our real plates are techincally no good without the sticker,,,now just to wait for it to get in ,, and i keep the shredded tags in the grocery bag in the truck console,, just in case we get stopped! SOooooooooooooooo,, what has your dog eaten?? |
i don't think i can even remember what they've eaten.. here are a few things.. the carpet.. the wall.. laptop cord. cell phone charger cord.. the cord on my chi.. ummmmmmm they LOVE to get ahold of tp.. my swimsuit bottoms.. a knob on my dresser... just to name a few.. it's mainly just two that are chewers... parker and karlee.. |
A piece of paper belonging to my single, 21 year old son, with a girl's phone number on it! LOL! :p It was fun watching him try to put the pieces together puzzle fashion. :D I secretly gave Gizmo a treat when I found out she was a stripper! |
Our Maltese ate my g/fs antique Louis Vuitton trunk. She freaked! |
Are you sure they are the culprits? They look innocent to me:p |
Bella ate my retainer  boy was I mad and then yesterday got into my purse and ate a chunk out of a $10 bill. |

I can about see the panic on your face. Yikes! Our Pommie, Snowboy, is our shredder. My dh actually calls him Shredder most of the time. dh has a habit of putting his business paper, envelopes, checks on the floor as he does bookkeeping. Not a good idea. Things have been shredded and taped back together. About a week ago we had a student at school come in and say that he couldn't read the book we sent home with him because the dog ate it. We had a good chuckle over that one. How often can a child legitimately claim that excuse?:D |
Well I was painting today and had to put the girls in the family room. Now mind you the family room was just redecorated. Painted, New Carpet (Only three weeks ago) and new furniture. So with that said, they had been carrying on becaus heaven forbid they are alone. Then all of a sudden it was all quiet. I heard some strange scratching etc. Well, Lilly our little devil of the bunch decided to chew and scratch the carpet on the stairs going to the family room. Now we have in the crease - missing carpet. I WAS NOT HAPPY and I guess she knew as much because she scrambled. Very frustrating. Elaine |
:yeahthat:    |
LOL How funny. When Lacy was a puppy she had pretty bad seperation anxiety. I bought some treats that were supposed to help at Petco (although they didn't  ). I kept those treats, puppy pads, food, etc under the bathroom sink in cabinets in the downstairs bathroom...and that is where i kept her while I was at school (until I realized I need a crate). She got into the cabinet and destroyed some puppy pads and ate several of those treats (don't know how many). She was okay except she had terrible diarrhea for three days. Seriously...I was a clueless puppy mommy at first |
:lol tears |
When we brought Jessie home she was 7 months old and a stray. She ate EVERYTHING because she still had to learn we we going to feed her and she wouldnt have to eat everything in sight. (she was 20 pounds when we brougt her home at 7 months. Now at 9 years shes 60) She used to TRY to eat cigarette butts off the ground even. One day, my mom made herself a sandwich. She turned around to put everything back in the fridge and her sandwich was gone because Jess ate it. She decided to make another sandwich and when she turned around THAT one was gone. So she decided to make a 3rd one and the phone rang. Jessie also ate that one. :p After that my mom gave up.:D |

Kimchee ate a part of the wall in my previous apartment which I rented, I had to fix it before I moved out. I found him had a few bites of my bath soap, luckily just the bite marks; otherwise, I would see him vomitting bubbles. He also ate part of my rattan basket which I used to keep things in the kitchen. Now Mochi continues his 'will' - eats my left over rattan basket. I had to finally replace it. |
THAT IS TO FUNNY:D :D My birds sheared my speeding ticket.. MY Sissy..buired my false teeth::eek: and I think all of them ate my pet parakeet:( |

:lol tears Great way to start the morning---with smiles. They drive us nuts but what would we do without them.:D |
Well out of all the things Max has chewed/eaten I would have to say that his favorite thing is the linoleum tile in the kitchen. My husband and I rent so we had to replace it but it's so funny when he poops out the evidence.:p Now my Daschund that is a whole different story. I just found her this past Monday chewing/eating a tub of Crest toothpaste. Well I didn't have to clean her teeth for 2 days as they were minty fresh.:D And she seems to like cotton swabs for some reason. |
No.........not those cute little face's! Could they really have done that?:D |
they look so dad gum innocent that is what tickles me!!! |
Everyone has funny stories! Pao only chewed a laptop chord once and it was still working but I had to tape it up coz wires were exposed. Got in to trouble with hubby for that one...that was about it but my budgie was a whole different story. As small as she was, she chewed up my wall, my curtain, my picture, my magazines lying around and she bites my yorkie's nose too! She destroyed more stuff than my yorkie did amazing:thumbup: |
:lol tears Sorry to laugh but that's funny! I remember Odie running off with a twenty dollar bill and me chasing him trying to get it back in one piece. It's hard to get mad when they look at you as if to say "honest mom we didn't do it".:animal-pa |
1 Attachment(s) It's so funny how much they get into...(but expensive!) Emma chewed up the wood trim on the closet in our brand new rented condo, a playstation controller, my snake skin stiletto heels (sob), a leather belt, & a couple law school text books. Milli has gotten a pair of diamond stud earrings (she didn't EAT them, but the posts are all bent), address labels (see picture below!), and last night she chewed up a library book! I was so mad! I know it was her, but I didn't catch her, so I can't prove anything! |
One night we heard Gypsy under the bed chewing something. It turned out to be my cell phone. It has teeth marks now and no rubber at all on the antenna. I said she personalized it. |
:yelrotflm Too funny. I bet all the people in the office has already told that story to someone else! Buddy has eaten several things: 1. One arm off my reading glasses 2. Bottom row of Christmas tree lights, chewed them completely off the tree. 3. Chewed the crotch out of a pair of undies while I was in the shower:eek: climbed up on the toilet seat and took them off the sink. 4. One leg on my dinning room chair 5. Skirt corner on my love seat (that time I took a real mental fit and he has not chewed anything of mine after that) and that was two years ago. I must have scared the life out of him that time. But he's a good boy:p |
Funny! Chachi and Jewels when they were younger have chewed: The lineleum in my bathroom Carpet in the bedroom a dog bed An xbox cord Lots of barbie feet Misc other small toys |
LOL loving all these FUNNY chompings here!!! (very glad we've no seriously dangerous swallowings),, but its amazing the things they can get into and look SO Totally Innocent!!! love hearing it all !!! :aimeeyork :aimeeyork :aimeeyork |
