Watermark removed… Many of you don’t know but there has been a Pedigree database started to keep track of the history of the Biewers. I felt that it was important to start adding some of my Biewers for documentation, and this would be a good way for me to contribute. Unfortunately, I discovered that my picture was taken from the website, the watermark was removed, and it was posted on a breeder website – where is the ethics here? Although this person did purchase the puppy from me, and had I been asked, I’m sure we could have come to an agreement as long as the watermark remained. Upon contacting this person to ask her to remove the picture, I received nothing but rude e-mails. Here’s the links… http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/dogs...ee/552297.html http://www.houseofwags.com/SWEETABBI.html |
Wow, I had no idea that Abby was a Magnolia Biewer. I always got the impression by posts from this breeder that she was bred by. Isn't it common ethics to name and give credit to the person that a dog is bred by??? Even if you now own the dog?? So sorry this has happened to you, Sue. :( |
Wow...I'm confused...:( |

I believe what is mine is mine what is yours in mine and what is ours is mine unless we have a agreement.. IM SORRY!:( |
What a shame. I can't stand it when people do underhanded things. Regardless of ones defense...Rude emails are uncalled for and this says a whole lot about a person. House of Wags is owned by a YT member, Scrapindee, I believe. |
I hope you can get this straightened out... |
It is sad that this had to be brought to a public forum, but the picture has now been removed. |
That was fast. Congratulations, now you can have peace of mind. Those kind of things would really weigh on me until resolved. |

Gee Susie that was a picture you sent me when you sold me Abbi.....so you may be the photographer but it is my dog. But since you choose to spread all over the internet that I stole your picture-- I removed it. But thank you for introducing my website all over the internet to those who haven't yet looked. Anyone interested in seeing the original pictures or the emails when I bought Abbi, please contact me. BTW, since Abbi is my dog, you do not have my permission to post her or her pedigree without my permission. PLEASE, REMOVE THE PEDIGREE AND PICTURES IDENTIFYING HER. |

Dee, you had better read up on copyrights laws on who owns the pictures (the person who took the pictures owns it) and who owns the pedigree's on dogs. |
I already removed the picture. I did have permission--I had forgotten I even had the picture. But it is a moot issue, the picture has come down. If I offended anyone, I apologize--- and I have requested the original site remove my dog's pedigree and picture. The dog is mine and I do not wish to have her pedigree out there. Hopefully this won't be a problem for you. |
