| Although mine always had theirs up by that time, a lot of them don't get them up until they're 3 mos. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I'm not sure about the whens and the whys, but a lot of people tape the ears to get them to stand up. You might search around here for past threads.

| You can help the ears along by shaving the very tips. I would wrap the ears with paper tape, luckily Zander left the tape alone. http://members.cox.net/jrogan/ears.html OR http://members.aol.com/CYorkie/TapingEars.html Its easy. Good luck.

| I would not worry about taping the ears until he is at least 12 to 16 weeks old but you do need the keep the hair shaved off of them. When Yorkie puppies are teething the ears go up and down. Of course some Yorkies have large ears or very thick ears and those sometimes tend to never go up. |

| 2 websites that will help you get your pups ears up... http://members.cox.net/jrogan/ears.html OR http://members.aol.com/CYorkie/TapingEars.html Paper tape is the best to use, does not pull the hair.
