| Lilly's around 6 months and some odd days old, she'll be 7 months the 8th of February. When we're gone we keep her in the kitchen with a baby gate up. Lately, I've noticed hair on the kitchen floor and around the baby gate (she stays right by it, I'm sure, waiting for us to get home). I've also started noticing it on the carpet, not in huge hunks but they're a decent size. What could cause this? I'm scared it's something serious. Could she just be losing her puppy coat or what?!

| Remy's coat started to change around seven months also ,it became a little thinner and shinier starting at the shoulders and slowly moving down her back. She had poofy hair around her bum for the longest time HaHa! I noticed the hair on the floor mainly when I vaccumed and ya it seemed like a lot of hair !.Remy turned a year old in mid Dec. and lately it seems the last of her puppy hair is comeing out in clumps ! I mean I will notice what looks like a large mat on her side but when I grab it,its just a loose ball of puppy hair .She has gotten some wicked mats though with her hair going through this transition stage, but her hair now is so sleek and shiny its amazing.
