I am currently using Eukanuba small puppy breed and thought it was a high brand of kibble but now looking around people give it a thumbs down

what would you guys recommend for a Good kibble that i can in get in local pet stores?

Wellness & Natural Balance are good. I'm sure you'll get lot's of other recommendations too.

I use eagle pack... chicken and rice .. love it for my babies..

Excellent LINK for researching Kibble. I fed Go! Natural Grain-Free before we switched to home cooking.

Petco now carries Wellness, Solid Gold and Natural Balance. If you can find a 'boutique' pet store or an ag/feed, they should have several other excellent choices.

The PetSmart near us carries Wellness, Blue Buffalo and Natural Banlance now. Those are all considered 'higher end foods'.

Something important to keep in mind, what works best for one person's dog may not work best for yours.
dogfoodproject.com is a great site with lots of information about canine nutrition and commerical brand foods
(dogfoodanalysis is a good for lists of ingredients, but the info and ratings on the site are based on the site editors opinions, not long term, professional research...so take that for what it's worth)
Another site to try is Dog Food Review Ratings. It will link you to several sites with info on commerical foods, raw diets, home cooking and supplements.

Research and find a product that you like and do trial feedings with your little one. Observe the results and changes you see and decide for yourself which one is best.
