What's this????? No comments???? C'mon people.... certainly you can do better than this.............................................. ... |
I just finished reading it all and didn't have anything to offer. I'm sorry how it all went down (((hugs))) to all involved. |
i've been reading through this thread all day and i'm happy the dog is out of the house that didn't want her and with someone who does. The breeder has a right to her as it states in the contract that was signed by both parties involved. i'm happy she's going back to the breeder, who will either keep her or find her a new home that she is happy with. |

And.... advised me that next time, I'd stay out of situatuions like these if I ask for a signed statement that any dog I'm interested in purchasing, is not governed by a "First Right Of Refusal" clause, etc. etc. And I said simply.... as I'll say here...... I will stay out of situations like these if next time.... I just KEEP MY BIG MOUTH SHUT!!!!!!! |

In all fairness, she's going to send you a formal notice in this instance. She's following a contract that was put in effect to protect her puppy. She also gave you some very useful information which I would never have thought to ask. I have no doubt you love your babies. I just think in this situation Deana is following what feels right to her at this moment. |
Dena...it's been how long since you had a cigarette? ;) |

As for the original breeder.. I also know who has my baby's and keep in touch.. I would be upset if one deliberately lied to me..As for rehoming, that is one thing, but it would have been nice to tell the breeder that she cannot keep this girl and found some one who really really wants her and will look after her good.. It is all a bad situation for all concerned... pooh's mum |
