I got another dog!!!! 1 Attachment(s) Well my mother in law did and coco lives at her house everyother week so she's kinda mine too lol some guy was selling her on the street he didnt know anything about her and said for 25 we could have her so we took her away from the weirdo and now she's home wtih us and it surpises me how well trained she is maybe she can give coco some pointers lol n-e-ways only problem with her is that she doesnt seem to like coco every time coco comes near her she growls and coco is just trying to be nice she almost bite coco a few times already i'll get in between and she stop do you have any tips on getting daisy the poodle to like my baby coco the yorkie???? oh and here are some pics of daisy does anyone think she has terrier in her i think she does but im not too sure:rolleyes: |
She looks poodle or maltese to me but i have no idea. Do you know how old she is? If she was already trained maybe she belonged to someone and got lost and the guy found her and wanted to sell her? She is cute! |

thats what i was thinking but i had her checked for a chip and no chip was found and i havent found any tattoos on her she i thinks she's like 1-5 years old how can you tell how old they are some ppl told me by there teeth but im not sure what im looking for there lol she's has poodle hair so i dont think maltease but im not sure |
She is most likely a Bichon Frise. She looks just like my Chloe'. You have to give them time to get to know each other, slowly. I wouldn't leave her alone with your other dog. Keep them separated unless you can watch them all the time. Good Luck!! |
She looks like a full poodle , my mom has one and it looks just like her ...if you take her to the groomer so they can shave her face with the poodle hair cut, you'll see that you do got a full poodle in your hands. She also looks young I'll say 2 or less just by looking at the pic. I was thinking the same as another poster said ...it is very unusual for someone to just sell her on the road for $25 probably she got lost somewhere and they just want it to make a quick $. |

I think 2-3 weeks sounds like a good time frame, if someone is missing her they will be looking hard kwim. Craigslist, maybe the local paper found ad, posters... contact the groomers and vet's in the area and surronding area's they may know of someone missing that cutie. I know that you probably would love to keep her but really looking for her owners is the right thing to do, then if you don't find them.... you have yourself a beauty |
^I don't think there are any specific laws stating the time span. But I'd say give it 3-4 weeks. If no one claims her, she's yours. :) She certainly is pretty! Congrats on your new addition. I think she might be stolen, but enjoy her for now and hopefully you'll get to keep her! |

Yes, I was going to say the same thing, looks like my sisters full blooded poodle, and I was wondering if someone was trying to make a quick buck, and they either stole or found the dog, and just thought they would try to sell it...I would call around to pet stores, and watch the papers..you may also want to call the local animal shelters |

Yes, I was thinking it's either a lost/stolen dog. You should post some ads in the lost/found section on craigslist, pennysaverusa, and recycler. Maybe post some flyers? I'm surely she's missing her real family. I'm glad she's in your care Alex. |

yea so im putting up ads if anyone sees any missing dog ads for poodles in los angeles the actual los angeles not the surrounding cities then please pm with there and and info that would be great oh and update coco wont come up to me she has the runs and is extremily depressed and i know its cause dasiy is here im not sure what to do so right now i have my sister in law in her room with coco giving her attention and im outside with daisy cause daisy only wants to be with me and growls if anyone comes near me lol so she's a bit dominant im trying to get her to like everyone in the familly:rolleyes: |
one more thing i want to add some ppl think im mean because i ONLY like Yokies but thats me lol but when i saw this baby i just fell in love lol now my mother in law is saying that she's her's blah blah blah i know for a fact that she wont take her to the vet and pay the money to get her shots and everything :( like i do for coco so im thinking if nobody claims her then i think im going to get her chiped with coco and im going to put her under my name what do you think??? cause i know that if i break up with him someday (praying that wont happen) i'll take coco and daisy will stay they'll treat her nice but to be honest they dont really know much about dogs and every time i try to teach them or tell them coco cant eat certain human foods they feed it to her on purpose like to say hahah she ate it and what stuff like that what is your guys opinion on that for the future oh and im going to register coco with the CKC under my name as full owner and i want to do the same with daisy can i get some thoughts on this please:D |

I'm positive that little poodle had a nice home and you should do everything possible to find it. Look in the papers every day under lost to see if the owners posted. Call ALL the shelters and leave your name and number in case someone calls them. Good luck to you with your search. |
