| Who does your yorkie listen to more Mine listens to me more but follows my wife around more than he does me. He'll sleep on my wife most of the time and occasionally on me but when it comes to obedience i'm the one he listens to most. |

| well mine know I spoil them, so like a child one word from me and they do as they like.... But I can be stern when I need to, so I say, my hubby says oh ya right. They do listen to my hubby more, and yet they have to be in the same room as me all the time. They all go to bed when he does, gets their kisses in and then come back to me until I go to bed. all 4 of them. pooh's mum |

| Who listens more I was reading a yorkie magazine and it says a yorkie will generally take to one person more than the other especially the person who takes care of it more.....etc, feeding, grooming, obedience. My yorkie loves my husband but because I am her primary care giver she listens to me more and follows me around the most. Frankie loving mom of Peanut and hopefully soon a boy. |

| My boys listen to both me and my husband. BUT they take their sweet time obeying commands from me, while they immediately respond to my husband. If I say 'come' to one of them, they will slowly walk over, usually taking the long way. When my husband says 'come', they jump up immediately. Such nerve!

| Good question. Tia is my shadow, but she definetly cuddles with my husband more than me. Because I'm the one who brought her to her training classes, she listens to commands from me more. When she's in trouble and I raise my voice at her, I don't get much of a reaction from her. When Daddy gets upset, she runs into our home office and hides behind the potted plant. She will cower and act unforgiven until he covers her with kisses. It's weird because he has never laid a finger on her, and when he is disciplining he doesn't even yell....he just firmly tells her "bad girl". Well. Then just try to get her to stop hiding under the bed. She's so cute and affectionate....she loves to be told she's loved! ANd takes it very much to heart if even an iota of that love might be taken away! Bless her heart!

| Loki communicates (I wouldn't call it listening...ha) with me the best. He and I did 2 years of training classes so I know the most of his "words" and understand him the best. If someone else (like my mom or husband) gives him the proper command he will do it. And he will perform for anyone for a treat. Sammy did 1 class with me, but I swear she and my husband have their own language. She definitely listens to him more than me.
