YES! she IS coming home and we are just waiting for the good news!

oh my I am just now reading this .. .poor little Delilah :( I pray someone has her and will soon give her back to you :(

I just want you to know that I lost a dog years ago and we put ads in the newspapers. for months nothing.. one day I got a call and this woman said I think I have your dog. now mind you it had been 3 1/2 months.. I said something like it has been so long.. anyway she asked me a few questions i the same. she then said with tears.. one more question what did you call him? I said Nappy.. I heard her call out the name and he reacted she cried and said yes it is him.. i was stunned.. she said she would bring him back. the strange thing to this story is we had moved about 10 - 15 miles a year or so before and that is where they found him..I am sure he was trying to find his way back to our original home.. his tags had been removed so they couldnt find out where he belonged.. the 2nd strange fate is that the newpaper ad ran that week but by mistake of newspaper it shouldnt have.. so fate brought our puppy back... So have faith wonderful things happen and there are good people out there... it broke their hearts to bring him back but when they did and my kids jumped up and down they knew where he belonged... My thoughts and prayers are with you... stay strong ..

Exactly!!! WHEN she comes home!!!! And she will be there someone has her i know they do and it will just be a matter of time until they call or come knocking on your door.

Tissy, Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and Delilah. Have you told the mailman? Are your posters brightly colored? Put them in EVERY public place you can think of with bulletin boards, Churches, grocery stores, laundry mats, schools, vets, groomers, pets stores. Knock on doors and listen, leave a flier if no one answers. See if you can put a story in the newspapers surrounding your area, not just a lost and found ad...INCLUDE PICTURES and a very sad story, maybe it will pull the heartstrings of others willing to help find her. I feel like someone does know where she is, and it's up to us to find that person. In the mean time please...BELIEVE...miracles really do happen...may the next miracle be your reunion with your sweet baby girl...

That Can bring her back if some one has her...

I'm so sorry that you're going through this. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was just scanning web stuff in your area and noticed that Delilah is not listed in a "lost" classified with your local paper for Starkville on-line. Do you have one in the paper version? Many people still look there if they find someone's pet. I really like the idea about getting an actual story in the newspaper.

I wish you the absolute best. I wish I was down the street and could go door to door with with. Hang in there.
