Sending prayers for Mickey. Hope the surgery is a success, and that he recovers quickly.

Thanks guy's The vet called about 5:46 and said it went good, Mickeys awake and peed for them, Said They found 4-5 stones. not real big ones but big enough to block him, said we could pick him up tomorrow after 1:00.

glad mickey is out of surgery and it went well! I hope this is the last bladder surgery for mickey. its so hard on them.

i would call the vet wylie's mom recommended and see if there's a home cooked diet that would help eliminate the stones.

Yes, thanks to a change in diet and a few little changes in his daily protocol, he is absolutely stone-free and has been for about 6 months. Before these changes, he was passing 20+ stones each day for quite a while...

I am just seeing this as well. I am so sorry Mickey had to go through
surgery again but so happy he's doing well.
Poor baby, give him a great big hug from us. I do hope they
don't return.

I just saw this thread and bless little Mickey's heart! I'm so glad his surgery is over and he did well and I hope and pray that this doesn't happen again! Give him a kiss from Maddie, Libby and I when you get him back home! Get well wishes to Mickey! Hugs to you!!!
