				 | It could. I suggest rubbing it with carpet cleaner (maybe even shampoo) We just had to punish my Westie and he'd usually stop. You could take the cushions out if he peed on top of the cushions. Hope this helps. Hailey

				 | Hes potty trained so he knows that he is not supposed to pee on my couch, it is leather and there are some spots that are impossible to clean, he might still smell it. Should i forbid him to going to the couch on my bedroom? I kinda let him roam on my Love seat, i leave his toys there, and he plays beside me, better then playin on the floor since i can keep an eye on him. |

				 | If he's potty trained I'd take him to the vet. He might have a UTI. I don't know about cleaning leather but you could test a hidded spot with Nature's Miracle and if it was okay you could shoot the crevices with that.

				 | Maybe he's acting out. Do you still muzzle him and use a water gun on him? If so, I would try a kinder/gentler training method with him. Once he feels the love he should stop acting out. Positive reinforcement. Good luck.

				 | Is he able to get off the couch by himself? If he's stuck up there then maybe he just couldn't hold it any longer? Do you take him down regularly for bathroom breaks? If the couch is leather, I would spray it down with Lysol or something to disinfect and kill odors. |

				 | I have a leather couch too, and one of my two had an accident on my couch. I used Johnson's baby oil to clean it off, and it must have gotten the smell out, because they haven't gone on it again.

				 | First of all, it was my fault. He was supposed to go to the washroom RIGHT after he wakes up, but i had some things to deal with so i couldn't bring him right away.In fact i'm not even blaming him, jut wnted to know if he would do it again after this incident He has 2 names, a chinese name, and Jacky oh and the leather is black, so i can't see stains.
