Even if he is, I don't want to support anyone who treats their animals this way, but the thought of him being outside in the cold breaks my heart!

That is so wrong.

I think it MIGHT be a scam. I honestly don't know, but I don't think many people would keep a dog that little in those conditions, and post pics of it on the net. He sure is a cute little guy though.

That is awful! Poor baby! Did you see ALLL the poop in that cage? He obviously spends most his time in that pitiful cage and no one bothers to clean it. This is disgusting and so sad for that precious pup.
