First wanted to say I am so sorry that you are having family troubles.....They are the worst.....My thought after reading the posts...If mom gave one of your babies to your brother, Maybe you could talk to your brother and he could talk to your mom on your behalf....

Not saying you are deceiving but There has got to be more to this...
I just can not see a mother doing this to their Child.

I really am so sorry.
My mom found out she had 3 tumors in her head in the middle of july. She wouldn't go into the doctor for them. and still hasn't to this day. Beginging of this month she kinda went downhill. acusing everyone of trying to "kill" her. she kicked my dad out , my brother out. and then me. and now shes kicked out my 8 yr old brother, acusing him of trying to kill her too. and hes autistic. and has no idea what that even means. We're guessing the tumors have grown, and in some way effected her mentaly. the way i put it before didn't really explain.


anyways i got my baby back sunday night! my grandpa came up to be with my mom. and gave her to me while my mom was gone. :rolleyes:

My prayers go out to you, your mom and your family during these difficult times. I pray that your mother will get the help she needs. Hang in there and be strong.

I am so sorry for all you are going though. I hope you all can get her to go to a Dr. Sounds like she Could really use one.


Are you going to get both babies back?

Sounds like maybe your family needs to intervene and get your mom some help and some medication. Maybe call social services. If the tumors are putting her at risk and she is dillusional, you guys could have her admitted to a facility and then she'd get treatment. I would be afraid that because she is dillusional, that she may harm herself. I know it would be hard but it sounds like someone needs to step it up and do something.

I was thinking the same thing Whit but I just didn't know how to put it.. you said it really well.

Your Mom needs someone to take her to get her help. My Husbands Dad had a brain tumor and he was on antidepressants and steroids. It does affect them mentally and they can become quite violent without medicine

I saw where you got one back but what about the one that was given to your brother?

It looks like your grandpa might still have some positive influence on your mom (unless she figures out he gave you your dog back) but, you and the rest of your family might see if your grandpa can get your mom to sign a medical power of attorney because it sounds like the tumors are causing some serious damage. The damage may not be repairable this late in the process but at least the person holding the power of attorney could get her some treatment that might help with the delusions.

I hope that you and the rest of your family take care of each other, especially the 8 year old. My son has Asperger's (an Autism spectrum disease) so I know that your little brother feels like his world has been turned upside down & inside out...order is everything.

Where is your 8 yo autistic brother? Did she put him out on the streets? Someone needs to contact social services, hospice, child protective services, if your mother is at risk of hurting herself or others.

I'm glad you got Haylee back but about the child?

Maybe you should get a lawyer- and in most states- if that was your mailing address- she really had no right to kick you out- even if house is in her name- she has to give you notice,time, ect.
No the police can not do anything about it- you need to get a lawyer-he gets the judge to order the returm of property-or payment for the value of the property?
It is bad when it is family- could your brother get the other dog.
Or in some states you and your brother could get her sent for a medical exam-and she might thank you in the end- it might be a medical problem-chemical inbalence to make her change so fast!
I think you need to ge some kind of medical help for her- it could be she just needs some meds to get back to her old self!
I am sorry for you- it has to hurt- and make you mad- then hurt some more!
I would talk to a laywer- or check out small claims

I'm sorry this is happening to you and your family. but i read your last post and I'm glad you got one of your babies back!! I hope things get better soon!
