It seems like nowdays people are getting more and more rude. I haven't attempted to take Kayla in a store yet, I probably would really be kicked out. She is a little barker and thats at everything that moves. I do have a friend that takes her yorkie just about everywhere. She has actually took her to a dentist appointment. I do think the way they acted was uncalled for and I don't think I would be going back there, for sure. Sorry it happened to ya!! |
the only places i have taken my bichon in is my professional beauty suppply store...Gino has come to Joanns, TJMaxx, and they saw me with the carrier walking in Target and asked me to leave. :( |
I understand that there are rules but there is a right way and a wrong way to address customers. I can not think of any reason not to let a dog in a store if it is in a stroller and zipped up, not reason at all. I think that it should be allowed if it is zipped up, the only problem they should have anyway is if it bit someone or pottied on the floor, and it can't do that if it is in a stroller. They handled the situation wrong plain and simple. I have never been in a Ross store and from what I hear I have no desire to either. |

I do see your point, and I do take my fur kids where I can out here myself, but there are a lot of valid reasons for it...then what if someone crosses the line and takes the dog into a grocery store? OP~so sorry that they even treated you horribly on the phone...Ross never has had great customer service & I think it is horrible that the security did that knowing you were going in there! |
