| orinskye | 12-31-2004 01:47 PM | one more word of advice...... if i were you i would stretch out youre muscles in youre leg, (you know just reach down and touch youre toes , so long as it doesnt hurt youre injury) the reason i say this, is because when i was bed ridden from surgery (i had to keep my leg up and absolutly still) i was surprised hhow fast i got muscle atrophy!!! i was only in bed a week but having my leg in that constant position with no stretching totally wreaked havoc on my muscles in my leg, it took me a good week to be able to walk uphill without the muiscles hurting |
