How do you keep their clothes? With my Tiny Treasures gang accumulating a pretty good size amount of clothing, I was wondering how all of you that have lots of clothes for your babies store them? What do you use? |
Dior currently has a space in my closet. I bought hanger from amazon so her stuff are neatly organized. She also has a drawer with all her sweaters, diapers harnesses. |
So far we are using Rubbermaid container's. 1 for his reg daily clothes. 1 for special occasion clothes, bandana's etc. 1 for my baby girl coming home in a few weeks! She's not even here and has stuff! 1 for grooming supply's. I know it sounds like a lot, but they stack nice and neatly. Also both of my parents used to work at Rubbermaid for over 24 years each, my Dad still does. Soo they have basically a Rubbermaid Store in their basement! I love it, lol! |
I keep Mocha's clothes and accessories in a toy box that I bought from Petsmart. It's collapsable and has a lid with a handle on it. |
I'm going to get a craft rubbermaid thing that has a couple of drawers stacked...so he can have all of his harnesses and leashes and shirts and sweaters...and everything else he owns all together. |
I use a large 3 drawer rubber maid for the time being, but it's starting to overflow! :) |
The dollar stores have some great containers to keep there clothes in;) I bought 2 , one for there grooming supplies & one for clothes:) |
I used a rubbermaid storage containers. |

Their Own Closet? I currently have 3 Yorkies, 1 is a male and 2 are Females, Artie is a size small and Abigail is also a size small and Tiffany Aloha is a size X-Small. I bought "Children's Hangers" from Walmart and I have a Pantry/Storage Closet that already had a section to hang coats I just hang all their clothes on it. It's mostly Winter Jackets, since it's so cold now a days. My BF. says they have more clothes than him, he's not as Fashion Conscious anyway? I put their sweaters in Tupperware Storage bins since they are so bulky. I have seen Wooden Furniture Sets, that have matching Beds, miniture Closets and Dressers too, in the Pet Edge Catalog, but I didn't want to pay those prices? |
4 Attachment(s) Lacy has her own closet. It's hard to take pics because of the way the closet it shaped but I took these a couple months ago (of course the contents in her closet are always changing though ;) ) |

A new baby coming, great news, maybe I missed this...post pictures..anxious to see her...I am so happy for you...:congrats: |
4 Attachment(s) I was going to try to make them a little closet out of this cabinet i had but their clothes wouldn't all fit in it so i threw it out, and im not very good at making stuff anyway lol Sooo as of right now i hang their dresses and coats up on one side of my closet, and their t-shirts,sweaters and pjs are folded on 2 shelves in my closet, I have a lot of shelves. I also store their blankets there and treats, etc. Their accessories, shoes, collars and bows are in the tinkerbell box. I had thier bath products, brushes there but they took too much space so now they're in the bathroom. And i hang their leashes up on these hooks in my room. I'm also curious to know where do you guys store their treats, brushes, shoes, all that other stuff, etc.? |
Funny this topic came up when it did. My husband just finished putting up three metal shelves with bar on each so I could get all their things organized. I got so tired of digging for things in the rubber maid tubs. I'd take pictures but the pet hangers I ordered still arn't here yet. I saved all the hangers that the clothes came on, but most had no hangers. |
Riley has a closet all to his own, even though its not full yet. Lol. I'm working on it though.:p |
rooms Do they also have their own rooms? Pics Please!!! |
Wow! Lacy's closet and things looks so neat and organized! I love it! good Job girl! I LOVE organization :) My two each have a drawer of their own in my nightstand. However, I am about to ourgrow the drawers! LOL I have no room in my own walk in closet nor the spare room's closet. I used it all up with my own things. Maybe in my new apt/townhouse I will have more room come April! |

I have 2 of these - one for each kid. They hold ALOT of stuff and they were under $20 a piece at Wal Mart. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/att...8&d=1194742738 |
I have a 3 drawer like the one posted above, it has quickly become to small though so I need to think about what to set up now. |
We are currently using those 7 drawer rolling carts....and we have smaller storage baskets (in the top smaller drawers) for hair stuff. |
Well I think I'm going tos tart with buying some kid hangers and make room in my closet. I just converted a spare bedroom into my closet but I've filled it :D But last night I moved some things around and make a spot for hanging things. So I'll start there. Can you get kid hangers anywhere? |

I use one of my dresser drawers to keep most of it in, and the rest if I have the hangers gets hung up in my closet. |
